Awful, terrible quality, misleading advertising, don’t go there!! I won’t ever again.

I saw a t-shirt that I really liked and ordered a Medium. Noticed the website had a little US flag in the upper left corner so assumed this company was located in the US. Not so. It took nearly 2 months to receive the t-shirt, coming from China, passing through Romania, and finally entering customs in the US. Although the shirt had a tag that said “M”, it was definitely a Large, and it also said the shirt was made in China. The company said to return it in original packaging, blah blah blah. Not worth paying overseas postage and customs fees. It’s going to Goodwill and I will be more diligent when buying from companies flying a flag.

I should have looked to see where they were located. I have been waiting weeks for my order and based on other reviews, I’m not hopeful for receiving a quality piece of merchandise. Never again.

This company is a scam. I ordered a sweatshirt and the quality is awful. It feels like plastic. Trying to return it and getting the run around. Please be aware

I ordered this product on 1/17/24.. still not received. Your company made it's own decision to change the color I selected. Several emails later I was told my color is in stock. I won't know if I received what I ordered until received... if that EVER occurs. #35726S529686

Scam company . Product was polyester badly printed and bright blue not the faded denim cotton sweatshirt as promised . Do not buy . Would have given zero stars but it wont allow .

Ordered a Christmas T shirt on December 3. Kept getting updates it was shipping. Had to go through customs. They said it was delivered January 13. It was not. I sent an email that I did not receive it and wanted a refund. They said check with my neighbors because it says it was delivered. Terrible service. They are scamming people.

I ordered a simple baseball cap with a shaded Cross on the front on the 02/12/2024. After a couple of emails to Bettycloths they only tell me that 'it's on the way'
I checked with the tracking number that they gave me [16/12/2024] and apparently it has only been dispatched from the warehouse in China today. Terrible service / waiting time.

What I ordered and paid for, was not what I received. I ordered a black sweatshirt with embroidered embellishments. After over a month, what I received was a polyester long sleeve shirt with printed designs. Totally NOT worth the money!! The garment was labeled XL, but it’s actually the size of a medium. Was advertised as being from the US, but one tracking said it came from Italy and another said it came from China. Apparently, this company doesn’t understand there are laws for “truth in advertising”! Buyer beware!!

Ordered a men’s xl longsleeve sweatshirt that said Merry Christmas on it. After waiting a month to receive it, it was not a sweatshirt, it was a polyester longsleeve tshirt. It also showed up without any packing list or instructions on care. It was just a shirt in a clear plastic bag inside the shipping package.
The shirt had a tag on it saying extra large but when you measured it, it was a medium size shirt.
When the company was contacted, they refused to refund my money, claiming they sent me what I ordered despite the fact there were attached pictures proving otherwise.
If this review site allowed for pictures, I’d post them for anyone to view.

SCAM company. I ordered two shirts for Halloween weeks ahead of time from them and immediately followed the order saying I needed to cancel if I could not get them by Halloween. I received an email reply saying "don't worry, we'll expedite them." Well, I finally received one on Nov. 20. Not only is it useless now but the quality is very poor. The matching men's shirt said it was delivered but never was. I found it they delivered it to someone else's address entirely. After going to that person's home three times, they gave me the package meant for me but the item was completely different. And I found out they ordered something, too, and never got their order. I disputed both purchases with PayPal and they kept siding with the seller, saying they showed proof it was delivered. It's taken several hours of my time constantly calling PayPal and appealing, trying to get my money back. I'm absolutely furious about this whole experience and it's literally caused massive anxiety attacks.

I never got my things and i never got reimbursed and i never got an answer though i wrote a lot of mails

SCAM. I never received my Halloween sweatshirt. The USPS tracking number they gave me is bogus. They have told me to contact the shipping company to get a refund because it is not their fault. Their records show it was delivered. I should have read reviews before ordering. LESSON LEARNED.

Ordered t-shirts for a Halloween event at work on 10/10, they arrived after the event took place! Took nearly 3weeks for them to arrive and so far they will not offer a refund and keep telling me how expensive it is to ship products back, that it won’t be worth my time or money. I spent 107$ and they offered me 10$, then 14$, then 18$ but refuse to give me an address so I can determine what is worth my time or money. Looks like USPS ships to China for between 15-33$, they did tell me the shirt manufacturer is in China. Do not order from this company it is a scam and unless you love the product you get after weeks or months of waiting for it you could be out of money completely left with something subpar or useless if it arrives very late, like my order. Oh and their return policy is “void” 15 days from date of order, per their website. It took 20 days for my order to arrive so the return policy was already voided before I even had anything delivered! I should have researched better…learn from me everyone haha!

Ordered an XL Men’s Christmas shirt! Once I rec’d it, was way too small. They refused to send me a return label and offered me $4 credit and keep the shirt. Several corresponding messages with them “NOT” backing their product, etc. This company is a scam, and reviews are miserable! Never buy anything from this company! MN USA

Ordered an outfit for Halloween season a month ahead of time. It never turned up. 6 weeks later it’s still not here. Yesterday their own tracking system showed it was undelivered. When I submitted a second query, magically, overnight, their system said it was delivered weeks ago, which contradicted their emails at that time which claimed it was still in transit. It was never delivered. This is a scam.

Do NOT buy from these scammers! The items they ship are really poor quality and they refused to refund after I asked for an address to send item back to. I even offered to pay for the item to be sent back so I could get the refund and they kept dodging answering me. Instead all I got was an offer to refund me $5 (I'm UK based) and can't track online who the owner of the company is or where they're based from. It's taken a month to get 3-4 email responses from their customer services. They've popped up on potential scammers site too. Stay away from the site.

Material of “sweatshirt” is awful, tried to return and they offered me 3 usd. Because they claim there is nothing wrong with the item they will not allow me to return it. Do not buy from this company!

Do not trust this company!! I have contacted this company numerous times because the Halloween cap I ordered was received damaged and the Halloween shirt that went with it was not sewn properly and had material hanging out all around the neckline. I spent over $40 and they offered for me to keep it and they would refund me $2.00. Yes, you read that right…only TWO DOLLARS. I wanted to return and receive a full refund. When I refused the two dollars they said to keep it and they offered $4. I refused again and they offered $6. Now they aren’t responding! Don't purchase from them!!! You will most likely not receive what you see in the photos and you will NOT be able to get your money back!

Recently got a festive dress and shirt for Independence Day; both items featured creative and lively designs that stood out. The quality pleasantly surpassed expectations considering the price, though shipping stretched to two weeks. Overall, pretty satisfied with the purchase.
