hi my name Terry i would not give betway any stars is why i add a old bank card on my betway account but did not use it i did try to remove it but with no lucky
but it was ok my new bank card was on it and i could
deposit and withdraw with my new card great until
march 8 2024 i won £150.00 and went to withdraw my money but sorry to say i maid a mistake and
the money was sent to my old card i wrote to betway
and told them what add happened and was told it ok the money will go back to my betway account and i was told that my old bank would be lock and just use my new card is did not work i them try write to betway on march 9 but the help and chat page went off line ? i rewrote and got some at betway and i said what have happened to me i was told that betway as no way to put my £150.00 back into my account so i can redraw it ? i can stil deposit money for bets but if i win can not withdraw money to my right bank card because it will go to my old card ? and you can not phone any one at betway or Email and if you do use the chat help you have to hold on for up to 5 or 6 hours most times just to end do anyone work for betway that can help me please ? and as is happened to other people on uk betting sites ? and if some can genuine help you can email me

Scammers. Made me place a bet by offering a free bet but the free bet never materialised. Untrustworthy liars.

I have had a few issues with betway regarding “taking deposits from my bank and not crediting my account” to “not getting the free £5 bet after placing accas over £25.
In this recent case it is a casino promotion called “casino rewards”
I opted in ! (Mon to Thurs only)
Then i made deposits and played different slot games.
I deposited between £450 and £600.
Also played through alot of that money so i was at the point where i must have built up 100-200 free spins and a free bet.
At the end the promotion page says come back Friday for winning credits/free spins.
I checked on Friday and the promotion page was blank with a message saying “sorry you have no promotions at the moment” ????
What type of company is this that can move ghe goalpost when suited.
I went on the chat to ask them what has happened and after 4 hours and 10mins in a queue i gave up??

Betway casino is a RIP off I put money on 24/2/24 and they just took it without it going on my account tell me to send email to support betway .com with proof which I did and the email account is no longer working ridiculous

I signed up as a new customer to Betway based on their offers. Initially the process was easy and the site working well. I was able to deposit immediately with no verification process. A couple of days in I won a reasonable sized bet and wanted to withdraw the money.

I put the request in and heard nothing for 48 hours as my withdrawal was processing. I then chased them via phone- which says lines are closed due to Covid. Via live chat which has you waiting for hours then cuts you off. And via Twitter. Finally via Twitter I was told I needed to verify documents to withdraw which I did immediately. I spent the next four days chasing them and received an email saying everything was verified and I’d be paid within 48 hours. I allowed this time to pass- during which they cancelled all offers and bonuses for me. I was then told the email was wrong and I should ignore it. Four more days have now passed and 60 more messages on Twitter- no money. I’ve never experienced worse customer service and feel the site must surely be scam? Has anyone ever had a withdrawal from them? Would give no stars if I could!

SCAMMERS!! Do not trust betway still not paid winnings from over 2 months ago they lie and lie then when you catch them out in the lies they say you have broken their terms and conditions and just ignore you saying someone is looking into this but believe me they are not looking into anything! Take a look at all the other reviews saying the same thing this is no coincidence they are blatantly stealing our money and getting away with it. My family all live in Malta and I assure you I will be booking a flight soon and paying you a visit at your main office!!!! Don’t bother replying saying your looking into this your your not it’s been to months of being ignored and lied to don’t bother going through resolver as they are owed by betway! Will be looking into to other ways to make a complaint to the gambling commission today and I’d advise you all to do the same. I think it’s pretty clear with all the bad reviews with very similar stories is very clear that betway is stealing money from us.

I have deposited & won, tried to withdraw my money to no avail. I have emailed betway & had an automatic response telling me it is no longer taking emails. When I try to withdraw it keeps telling me to choose a method which is where the deposit came from in the beginning but it will not accept this method. Live chat is unobtainable, I have serious concerns I am not going to get my winnings. It will not let you withdraw but it always lets you deposit. What is actually going on. No way of contacting them, I have also noticed lately you keep getting cut off when using this site, saying poor connection. Should I smell a rat. Is there anyone out there who can advise me please. This site is not acceptable.

I deposited £500 straight after opening my account. Immediately, I was locked out of my account. After 30-40 hours of love-chat wrangling, my account was opened 7 days later. BUT my £500 is not in my account. I have provided the transaction ID and e-receipt from PayPal, proving that my deposit was legitimate. Still Betway have not credited my account and they have given me no time frame for when this might be resolved. THEY HAVE STOLEN £500 FROM ME.

Avoid Betway at all costs, their customer service is incredibly slow and they do nothing. Betway think they are entitled to take your money and ignore you. I have never experienced anything like what Betway has put me through. A disgusting company and an abberation of customer service

I have opened this account few years ago, I haven’t used for a long time, this month a placed a few bets in one of them resulted a winner of £521 accumulated. This was the 16th of January, have requested to withdrawal £500 into my account, but this process is turning into a nightmare.
I didn’t think at that moment about the details I had registered, because my email address its been the same for years and same for my phone number.

At yours request I have sent a picture of proof of address and ID. And still haven’t got a response after few emails I sent. The live chat is impossible to access.
I will take this further if nothing is resolved.

Iv made a deposit this morning won a few pounds now it says I can't withdraw to this account, no way of contacting all emails not in use , once again betway let people down,iv received an email saying master card is not a trusted card ,, yet they take money from it ,and any monies should be withdrawn to something called swift transfer , so basically you get nothing , this site should be closed down how do people get away with this it's ridiculous

Still not heard anything since my previous review. Still not got my money. Waisted 10 hours on live chat to be disconnected. Not got my money or any sort of response even though I asked numerous times for an update. All I want is my cash. Please can you review my account release my money and please reply to my email.

The home of scammers ! A scammer is using my bank account to send this company money hundreds of pounds into my overdraught and as I am on benefits I have NO money for food or heat for myself or my child we r both disabled !!! ridiculous company 🙄

Signed up to the welcome offer which included 50 free spins. The one game you can use the spins on doesn't load. All other games load fine. Reached out to customer support numerous times with no solution. App is also slow. Really bad first impression.

I have won £2500 withdrawal since Wednesday 6th December they asked for my identifications with utility bills all provided. I still haven’t received my money me and betway will definitely go to court they are scammers please avoid beating with them absolutely joke of a company. Westham United need to terminate that contract I’m not yet done.

Have sent all documents in you asked for and account still suspended and you don’t reply to emails.

The worst customer support in the entire industry. It is impossible since about a month ago to reach someone on live chat. Twitter support doesn't do anything after they reply to your initial query. The only way to get support now is by making formal complaints. They also do not credit free bets that they have advertised to customers over email automatically, you have to chase them up and it takes weeks to get a result.

EDIT:
I have since been contacted by Betway, but it is now a week since they contacted me. They initially offered a resolution but since I agreed, they have become unresponsive and have not actioned the resolution.
