Never had an issue with Betway. Won quite a lot and speedy withdrawals. However I deposited tried to deposit today and it said it was declined by my bank. So I tried again and it was successful but they’d took both the failed and successful deposit attempts from my bank account but only credited me with one deposit instead of them both?
I’ve emailed them regarding this but trying to speak to someone on live chat is impossible as it’s is all done through automated bots.
I hope this gets rectified soon as I like Betway.

Such a terrible site!! I made a cashout almost 3 weeks ago, i contacted them after 5 days because i couldnt understand why i havent recived my cashout, then they told my that i made to my old card. And they ofcause couldnt transfer them (They didnt even inform me about this i have to contact them to find out where my money was) - Then i was told to verify my new card, i did that after 3 days, everything was approved (my doc)!!.

But after almost 14 days im still waiting to get my cashout!!

I tried to take the money out with an e-transfer and betway tried to steal money out of my account by reversing it to a money request so not only have they stolen my winnings but they have tried to steal money out of my account with a little quick trick what the hell is going on Betway do you not make enough money legitimately in the current times we're living in with inflation this is very sad

terrible service, takes ages to get best odds paid into funds. very poor customer service, took 45 minutes to try fix a bet a placed without success, got promised by customer service an email off the transcript which im still waiting for 4 days later, poor greyhound section. took 30 minutes to settle 1 single bet after the result was announced after getting told it could take 24 hours to settle bets. should have there license took off them

Hey! Bit of an update. Still
Chasing to get my £1000 winnings and they’re still making it extremely difficult- putting in every obstacle in the way! Reading all the negative reviews they’re all pretty similar if I’m honest! After email them like 50 times, going on live chat and talking on Facebook - they said from the start “send ID via replying to email which i did a everything required, then on live chat over a week ago the agent said all ID had been approved and accepted and money will leave betway on Monday to go to you back (which i copied the conversation) which I’m glad I did as that was not the case... spoke to someone else and they said “the operation team are dealing with it” I don’t know how many times I heard, no email address for them though or phone number which is strange. The excluded my account even though I wasn’t able to use it anyway! I don’t know why the don’t do all these checks when you are depositing fund? Very strange. But anyway - I was then told I have to do a “live link” so I’ve font that twice so see how that goes - they’ll most likely say “it wasn’t clear or il just not hear back. I know how companies get away with? But I will be taking matters further even if it cost me more I don’t care. Hopefully this will be resolved but I don’t think it be no no lol
