Der har været problemer med at genåbne min konto efter eget valg af udelukkelse fra ALT spil, da min mail var blevet hacket, og nogle "IT-nørder" i min omgangskreds fandt frem til, at det var en IP adresse på Malta. Her huserer næsten alle udenlandske casinoer. Nytårsaften havde jeg live chat med en svensk medarbejder, da jeg efter at have indsat 2 x 500 kr. pludselig blev smidt ud af casinoet og efterfølgende ikke kunne logge ind. Dette skete først, da jeg var nået over mit indsatte beløb. De efterfølgende dage var jeg i kontakt med Betways såkaldte kundeservice pr. mail. Dette foregik på dansk og personen hedder Sara. Hun skrev til sidst, at min konto ville blive genåbnet, hvis jeg blot - pr. mail - bekræftede, at jeg selv tog ansvar for min spilkonto m.m. Det har jeg gjort, men så blev der pludselig skrevet på engelsk, at der ikke ikke længere er dansk support? Det er altså sket fra d. 2. januar aften til d. 3. januar formiddag. Jeg har sendt 3-4 mails, da min konto IKKE er blevet åbnet, men har ikke modtaget svar. Jeg vil derfor betegne Betway som et ELENDIGT casino, der nu har bedt om SÅ MANGE oplysninger, at jeg er blevet bekymret for, om det er hos dem, at der er/var en medarbejder, der hackede min mail?!! Imorgen vil jeg derfor kontakte Spillemyndigheden i Danmark!!

I told Betway that I had a gambling problem after losing around £6k in one weekend, and they then responded to me that they had closed my account.
However, they continued to send me regular offers by email. Late one evening, I read one of their promotional emails, and under the influence of alcohol, decided to attempt to log back in and was successful in doing so. I tried to make a small £10 deposit which was accepted! I then continued to make 11 further deposits of £300 and lost all of that money within 30 minutes.
They are now offering free bets/cash bribes for customers who leave a 5 star review on Trustpilot. If you don't believe me, google it.
More regulations need to be put in place for online gambling.
It's worth noting that BetWay have been blacklisted by a number of other highly reputable casino review sites/forums "due to the fact they are currently holding a massive amount of unresolved complaints from players reporting unjustified confiscation of winnings, extremely delayed or totally denied payments, various stalling tactics and denial of cooperation and players support"

This is probably the best gambling site out there yes I know what your thinking they are all out to make money out of mug punters true the difference with this company is that they give you a fair crack of the whip the rest of them just take take take when you win with this company your withdrawals are super fast so if you are thinking of trying a different gambling company these are definitely worth a try great games on the casino side of the business and also great on the sports betting side

Terrible when it comes to withdrawals. Withdrawals take 3-4 weeks with multiple times where you have to message them. No livechat support available. Extremely hard to get help. Easily the worst bookie out there. DO NOT JOIN BETWAY you will regret it.

Good luck trying to get your money. Two months now and they keep telling me they sent it and to ask the bank.. the bank say nothing has been sent and to tell them to get a refund from *wherever* they sent it to. They then tell you to speak to the bank... the bank says it's nothing to do with them...etc ... rinse repeat. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS. 200 euros down the drain along with an extra 260 winnings. Their emails are scatty, a lot of the time they cut/paste without reading the problem, they ask you for things you sent them 2 months ago etc. Absolutely appalling.

Well after 2 months of them saying the bank took the money and the bank (who I am inclined to believe as they are..well..a bank) saying they didn't, I have given up. However the bank will issue a chargeback on the stake, because it's easy to prove betway are admitting I am owed money and have therefore failed to provide a service,so if this crappy company have taken your money you know what to do.

Great bookmaker. The website looks just fine. Good odds and a great customer service.

I took up a new customer offer with Betway,it was Manchester city to beat Chelsea at 40/1 maximum bet £1,i joined an made my bet and won,they paid me out £1.50,. After being cut off twice by the customer care line once i'd sat in a telephone queue from 6th waiting down to you are our next customer in line,both times the line went dead,i then sent an e-mail to betway customer support to find out why i hadn't been paid out,i received a automated message that didn't make any sense and had nothing to do with my enquiry.Is there any real people that can actually give me a reasonable explanation why you are so hard to contact???Absolutely awful customer care.

Dubious promotions - do not fall for their free bet promotions. They are a real waste of time. Here' my story of falling for their enhanced odds sign-up promotion at the weekend....

1. You have to open an account with £10 - fair enough
2. You then get enhanced odds of 33-1 - sounds good!
3. Any winnings will be paid in Free Bets - ok, thats usual
4. Only£1 of your £10 bet actually gets the odds - a pity, but ok
5. Your horse wins at enhanced odds - show me the money!
6. You can't find the free bets. Anywhere! - going mad?
7. Speak to customer service. - they say try again after the weekend. - Ok, if I must.
8. Customer Service email to say they've given you the wrong promotional free bet. - Still cant see any free bet!
8. Speak to another customer service agent. He says you have to 'unlock' you free bet by betting the same value of the winnings (£33) on a new bet - giving up the will to live now. Close my account please!

I had a bet on Felipe Anderson 1st goal against Southampton on the 27/12/18. They paid me out £110 then I withdrew it I was waiting a week for my money then realised it was still processing. It’s 2 days later the 1st goalscorer was changed and they stopped my withdrawal didn’t bother telling me and then they tried saying I cancelled my withdrawal to try and hide what they had done! Very bad customer service.

Så man bruger mere tid på at ringe og tale med en supporter , end man bruger på spille.
Meget dårligt software og supporten i har.

Endeligt et casino, der ikke forsøger at snyde deres spillere. Sød, super hjælpsom kundeservice på dansk. Hurtige udbetalinger - havde mine gevinster udbetalt på min bankonto inden for 2 dage (virkelig ikke standard for mange andre casinoer).
