As you can see here more covered up bullshit to sound formal. I’ve seen it millions of times but you only see them slip up rarely. One of the support workers even admitted to the scam in the live chat 😂

HIT A NICE BONUS HAND ON BLACKJACK THAT PAID 7K TRIED TO PULL 6 FROM THE ACCOUNT AND THE ROIT STARTED…. RIDICULOUS VERIFICATION. ENDLESS CONTACTING SUPPORT AMD STRAIGHT UP LYING TO ME. YOU CAN NEVER COMPLETE THE VERIFICATION AND THE FUNDS ARE TRAPPED FOREVER. GENUINLY LOST A RETURNING AND PAYING CUSTOMER. YOU WILL NEVER WIN BIG!!!!! BEEN ONTO SUPPORT FOR 40 HOURS TRYING TO RESOLVE.
