Fraudulent occupancy data and rent collection
This company is collecting rent on property that are undersized and doomed to be statuary overcrowding. They are active ignoring Environmental Health Reports that show my home does not meet the occupancy capacity its rented for and that one bedroom is not for habitation due to room size. I have identified over 56 other houses on the estate with the same size deficits they take government funding to provide substandard homes to disabled tenants and expect disabled people to use the living room and shed bedrooms. The Environmental Health report shows that our home only has one double one single and 1 box room only legally suitable for under 10 but due to the restricted size of the 4.9m2 room it can only fit a bed in it and no other furniture therefore not fit for purposeBeyond Housing Claim to double bedrooms and a single this means our home is a 2 bed 3 person house yet beyond claim 3 bed 5 person. This has gone through complaints process and they still choose to break the law
