Extensive delays, not very responsive customer support
It's been more than 1 month since I placed my order, which was supposed to arrive between 5-9 business days. Tracking shows that the parcel arrived at the distribution center in Greece 11 days ago, but haven't heard anything since then. I have sent multiple e-mails with no response (only once they responded with a tracking link, which was not very helpful - it just confirms the package is is transit since forever, and nobody knows when it wll be delivered to me).
Update: It is now 7 weeks since my order, and 4 weeks since the package arrived in Greece, with no further update or communication. Customer support said they would "look into it" two weeks ago, with no futher response. I have been spamming them with follow-up e-mails every single day, waiting to see if after dozens of e-mails they will reply at some point in time.
