BiaSol is an Irish family founded business that is putting the circular economy into action. Niamh and Ruairi Dooley, a sibling founding team, upcycle the leftover grain from Irish craft breweries to create a range of delicious malt tasting foods. Protein pancakes, crafty cookies and super milled grains
I have tried 3 products from BiaSol’s range, the super milled grains, the protein pancakes and the crafty cookie mix. I must say I’m really impressed by the taste and the ease of baking with the mixes. My niece loved baking the cookies and the mix had everything we needed just needed to add egg and butter. My personal favourite are the protein pancakes, I make them using oat milk and they’re a quick and easy way of hitting my protein intake. Ordered online and delivery was super quick. Love that it’s an Irish company too. Will be trying out the rest of the range!

Fast delivery
Delivery was really fast, and I loved the little personal note added. I use these products mainly for adding to a simple brown soda bread recipe. They work a treat for adding a lovely texture to the bread. I will be trying them out in other ways!
