Five star service and experience. Straight up best bike shop on the planet.

Service is great but there are faster business to ship like Dunbar Cycle. The one thing they are the best at compared to other Canadian bike store, is they have the largest inventory. Only complaint they use Canada Post which is hit or miss for shipping times, and they charge for shipping regardless of how much you spend. Overall extremely happy!!! I don’t give five stars as there is always room for improvement!!

Items arrived as ordered. Reasonably quick to ship. Would prefer shipping options. Willing to pay more sometimes to have shipped by courier rather than Canada Post Ground.

I bought a pair of Specialized shoes, they arrived promptly (10 days) and am very happy with the service, product and transaction.

Shipping was very fast. I previously complained about shipping speed, they said they were working on it, as current situations have required some tweaking, and they seem to have came through.

Items were shipped out four business days after the order was placed. I expected better response from their shipping team for items in stock. Items were all good though!

I always thought la bicicletta was a road bike shop. But I was looking for a Yeti and they had it. Julian was awesome throughout the whole sale and delivery. They had the bike ready despite having crazy amount of orders and service tickets.
I highly recommend this store and staff.
