Ordered over a month ago and (unfortunately) paid by bank transfer before reading any reviews. The seller created a tracking number a few days later, but nothing has happened since. Doesn't answer any emails or phone calls.
Don't order from this seller!

Used twice over past couple of weeks. Paid by bank transfer via revolut and beer was delivered within 4/5 days from Germany to the UK. Can't fault that. Third order already placed.

Scam, no response after order. Ignored Email and Phone for weeks. I will take legal action, so should everyone how got scammed.

Eigentlich müsste der Laden zugemacht werden, das ist alles Betrug ! keine Reaktion auf Mails, keine Lieferung, kein Geld zurück, die stecken das Geld ein u das war’s... habe den Verbraucherschutz informiert, das sollte auch jeder machen der die gleichen Probleme hat. Und eine Anzeige gibt es auch !

I'm convinced this site is a scam, my wife ordered two 6l kegs, a bottle of gin and a tray of small jager shots nearly two weeks ago, i paid the order through bank transfer €103 and the order has still not been updated on their site, the DHL tracking information has not been updated, and they have not responded to emails, contact through their website or even answered the phone, I have even sent emails translated in German, I will never use this site again, I will be reporting to the consumer and competition agency here in Ireland and will be doing me best to take the complaint further, this website needs to be shut down asap!!

Scam do not use paid via bank transfer all emails ignored, provided proof of payment numerous times without any response.

Do not waste your money use uk based suppliers.

I order once a month or so and always comes within the week. Very cheap compared to our only option of Beerhawk in the UK.

Previously a repeat customer. Ordered twice in January and had no issues. Ordered in February and there was missing items from the order. They ignored all emails and wouldn’t send out the missing items. Luckily I paid via PayPal before they stopped using it but they made it very difficult to get my partial refund. Eventually PayPal went in my favour and I didn’t get scammed but now I wouldn’t touch them especially now it’s bank transfer only with no protection.

This site is a scam and should be investigated by German police. Will be contacting German Embassy. Ordered 4 kegs 9th March. Paid €126.69 as requested by bank transfer on 11th March. Order recently shown as cancelled.

I've been ordered regularly every 2 months from them, i had one problem which was resolved through paypal dispute. Again on my last order I got delivered fast and efficiently, but one of the beer cases I ordered was expiring already when delivered, even though they promise a shelf life of at least 3 months. I opened a dispute with paypal and they agreed to refund the money if I returned the product. I refused, since that would mean that because of the seller fault I would be losing 25€ of shipping and end up with nothing.

Now I was going to order again, but they don't accept Paypal payment anymore (obviosuly because they get a lot of disputes due to their inability to be reliable). That's a no go for me, and I'm sure that they are going to lose a lot of customers. A real shame, but they deserve to go out of business.

Ordered on 22/03 and paid....despite various attempts at communicating no reply and no idea if I’ll get a refund due to this, avoid at all costs

Unseriös! Betrüger. Finger weg! Akzeptieren nur Vorkasse, kein PayPal und reagieren auf keine Mails. Das telefon ist nicht besetzt und es gibt auch keine Mailbox.

Only received part order, they never replied to any of my emails, i reported it to PayPal but they closed the case because they sent PayPal proof of delivery but is was just part delivery, i will never order from this robbing company again.

Ordered 7/2016, 10/2020, and 11/2020. First two orders went fine, though with zero communication, notice of shipment, tracking code etc. 3rd order took over 2 months to arrive. No response to numerous emails.

Now (3/2021), I tried to place a new order, but only bank transfer is accepted, even though PayPal is still listed on the web site. No thanks. The customer reviews paint a rather bleak picture on the success rate for receiving the ordered (and already paid) goods.

It's a real shame, since finding a seller who ships Kölsch abroad, at reasonable prices, is practically impossible.

Summary: under NO circumstances, I would ever pay, or recommend anyone to pay ANYTHING in advance to this company!

They are taking everyone's money and not shipping the orders. Not responding to emails. I just really want the product as I can't get it anywhere else

Good prices but thats about it. Their website says they had shipped order but when using tracking number the shipping company have still not received the order. They haven't replied to any email which I've sent, even ones on German. Now after nearly 3 weeks without an update, I have contacted PayPal for a refund.
Have seen that some people have received orders but seems to be a lottery.
