I wouldn’t recommend this company. They were late for our 2:30 appointment, which meant we had to cancel half of our plans for the day. It was also extremely difficult to get hold of them when we needed to contact them.

If you don’t want to experience the same frustration and disappointment, I would strongly advise you not to use this company. They are simply not worth your time or money.

Avoid this company.

Unfortunately, our experience with this company was extremely disappointing and completely ruined what was supposed to be a special day.

The limo was two hours late, despite the booking being confirmed earlier in the week and us making it very clear that arriving on time was important. This caused a huge knock-on effect to the rest of our plans.

We had to rearrange a brunch that had already been paid for and ultimately missed two other bookings that we had arranged months in advance. We were also charged cancellation fees for those bookings. What should have been an enjoyable day became incredibly stressful and expensive because of the delay.

To make matters worse, the replacement/sub-contracted limo that eventually arrived was in a terrible condition. It was rusty, had paint coming off the exterior, and had no air conditioning or music because of a blown fuse. For the amount we paid, it was completely unacceptable.

There were further problems on the return journey. The driver had not been given the correct information about our requested drop-off location, despite this being arranged with the company beforehand, and we were therefore taken back to the wrong address.

What was particularly disappointing was the lack of communication, empathy or apology throughout the day. Given the extent of the disruption caused, we expected the company to take responsibility and offer some form of compensation or refund. Instead, we received neither.

This was our second booking with them, and unfortunately the first experience wasn’t much better — that limo was also 45 minutes late.

After two poor experiences, we certainly won’t be using this company again. In hindsight, we would have been far better off getting taxis for a fraction of the price.

**Do not use this company**

I have used them twice and both times they were late, the first 45 minutes and the second two hours late.

I had a booking and it was a complete disaster, I confirmed my booking details on the beginning of the week and stated we needed the limo to be on time, however it was two hours late, totally unacceptable.

This isn’t the first time, my last booking with themwas also 45 minutes late. 

We had to rebook our brunch (which was already paid for) and cancel our two other venues that we had planed to go to, this has all been booked for months and made the day so stressful, we also got charged a cancellation fee for both places because of the no shows.
They completely ruined the day, we would have just gotten a taxi for a fraction of the price as the replacement limo provided was terrible.

Onto the sub contracted limo it was a disgrace, it was rusty, paint falling off the outside, no aircon or music as the fuse had gone, absolutely not worth the money we had paid out.

Our collection driver also didn’t know he was suppose to be taking us back to a different location so ended up dropping us back to the house which wasn’t what I requested with them originally, so yet again another mess up. 

The communication throughout the day was so bad, no empathy for what was going on, no apology for what happened at all. 

No refund or compensation, I will never use them again!!

We had a party bus for our recent stag do, we have a great time. On time, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

A massive shoutout to Chris in sales, who was brilliant from start to finish. He ran us through everything that was on offer, answered all our questions and made the whole process really easy.

The driver was great as well — really friendly and made the experience even better.

The sound system was great, the karaoke was absolutely class and the TV was a great size too. Everything was perfect for a stag do and the whole group had an amazing time.

From my initial enquiry to the day of the booking, communication was brilliant. All questions were answered promptly. The driver turned up with plenty of time for us to decorate the bus before the hen got on. He was very helpful with showing us how everything on board worked. He was also accommodating when we needed toilet stops! We had an absolutely brilliant time on the bus, the hen party loved it. Would recommend if you are looking for a fun ride 🥳

The customer service was great - they were super helpful during the booking process and helpful with any changes. We had an absolute blast on the bus - sang a lot of very out of tune karaoke and the bride to be loved it!! I saw some reviews online about issues with last minute cancellations so decided to pay the remaining budget in cash to the driver on the day and we had absolutely no problems. Thank you

Had a great time using the baller bus, I’ve used them twice now. Just recently my birthday. Driver was somar and he made sure we had a fab time.
Bus looked great inside and out and everyone said that was the highlight for our pick up and return x

Paid for a 16 person bus for my 25th birthday… I had THE BEST TIME. Highly recommend!
The whole team had amazing communication with me throughout the months from when I first enquired up until, even, the day after the booking. They were patient with my 10000 questions and were always accessible when needed.

We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, were encouraged to have fun and arrived smoothly and safely to our destination to continue the night.

We used Big Baller Bus on our wedding day and couldn't have been happier with the service. They provided a beautiful white stretch limo to take my wife and me from our wedding venue to Clacton Pier for some photos.

Our driver was absolutely brilliant. Some of the roads he had to navigate were incredibly narrow, with cars parked on both sides, and he handled the limo effortlessly. When he came back to collect us, he'd somehow even managed to get the limo turned around and facing the right direction ready for us — I genuinely have no idea how he managed it!

He happily waited while we had our photos taken on the pier, and when we returned he was more than happy to wait again while we took some additional photos with the limo itself. At no point did we feel rushed, which meant we could relax and enjoy the experience.

Everything went perfectly, the limo looked fantastic and it added something really special to our wedding day. We'd absolutely recommend Big Baller Bus, and particularly want to thank our driver for doing such a fantastic job and helping make the day that little bit more memorable.
