I've been a customer for about a year at this point and have rarely encountered such a consistently above and beyond mindset from a company. The product is great, the service is outstanding

Talk went great with friendly doctor. My Tirzepatide arrived 2 days later.

Super friendly staff, good feedback loop. Love the active conversations and communication. Easy to do transactions. Will come again. Answered all my questions and followed up thoroughly.

I created an urgent issue by waiting too long to take care of something, which I had been given adequate notice of.

Big Easy has made this weight loss journey easy, cost effective and safe. My physician has been great and always available for questions and the staff has also helped me with invoicing and additional information.

I want to try them but they have appointments booked for like 2 and a half weeks out.. they are New so maybe they don't have enough doctors. I read so many good things about them. I didn't want to give them a 1 star cause nothing is wrong except I can't make a appointment for a few weeks.

Ngl, there were plenty of hiccups. As a new company, this is to be expected. It’s truly how these issues were promptly resolved with a friendly, professional (virtual) smile that determined my rating.

Their customer service is top notch! I absolutely love how quickly a response has been given for any questions I’ve had.

The telehealth appointment was great, too. My physician patiently answered and explained all concerns. I used OptioRX and meds were carefully packaged and delivered as expected.

Let me just start with Cassie. Her customer service and communication is exemplary. She’s the face of the company for me. The meds are OUTSTANDING! I really had a hard time finding a reputable supplier for my tirz and as many know they are not all created equal. Their product works. I am down from 192 to 149 as of today!! YOU GUYS ROCK AND KERP TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY MATTER. Your honesty and integrity as a company is outstanding.

I have worked with several Telehealth companies, and Big Easy is hands down the best. I started with them in May of 2025 after testing out a few other companies that made me feel like a number that wasn't really cared about. They truly care about you as a person and patient, which can be quite a rarity. I have always felt heard with any questions, suggestions, or concerns. This makes me feel supported and comfortable in my choice. They stand out because I can actually reach my physician and the customer service team in the portal, and get responses that aren't just cookie cutter, canned responses. The customer service is unmatched, and so supportive no matter what level of experience you have in this space. The entire team at Big Easy is supportive, transparent, and friendly.
I appreciate multiple choices with pharmacies, that I know were fully vetted and looked into prior to being offered. I know that Big Easy isn't one to compromise quality just to make a buck. If you are looking for a company that is trustworthy, you're in the right place.

After doing a lot of research the deciding factor was from reddit suggestions.. well this telehealth is 100% legit. From the intake to receiving my meds within 4 days of having a legit consult with a Doctor. Big easy weight loss is responsive and doesn't try to rake you over the Coles for your hard earned $ thank you for being honest and caring 🙏

Plenty of scheduling options, including weekends and off-hours. Once that was complete, the order arrived within 72-hours.

Responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient in their dealings. You know that by working with them you are going to be treated well and fairly. Hard to beat their service. And they admit they aren’t perfect all the time, but they will go the extra mile to do right by the client!

Fantastic group to work with from the physicians to assistants to the leaders. I would absolutely recommend BEWL to anyone interested in the weight loss medication process. I meticulously looked through reviews and experiences of other companies, and it was obvious that BEWL was the choice. I am so glad I made that choice and am so thankful for all they do!

Awesome experience. Scheduled my consult online. Had my appointment with Dr. Seth. He was so nice. The whole consult was so relaxed and conversational. The consult lasted less than 10 minutes. But that's because I had done a TON of research on GLP-1's before scheduling. The time slot is 30 minutes so he could answer any questions. I didn't have any because I had researched everything. But if I did have questions, I would have felt completely comfortable asking him. The appointment was easy and painless. The consult was Wednesday morning and my package was on my doorstep on Friday. So easy.
Living in California where you have to jump through 100 extra hoops for EVERYTHING and trying to do anything that other states can do can he such a lengthy, miserable experience, this was nothing like that. Even though I was bracing for it. They have a great subreddit on Reddit and the owner and someone from customer service is always on there to answer questions and help people out. I can't recommend this company enough.

Smooth and quick process. Signed up on Saturday. Had my consult on Monday. Meds in hand on Thursday! My consult clinician was thorough and knowledgeable. I ordered the starter pack for $419 for 10 weeks. Took my first dose and feel great.

There are many telehealths out there, some just want your money and could care less about patient care, but Big Easy is different. You get to talk to an actual doctor, not a receptionist, and ask questions about your care. They have great deals with quality pharmacies and I know they are not willing to compromise quality just to get more sales. They care about their customers and always communicate (a rarity in the telehealth world!)
Highly recommend them, I've used them since Fall of 2024.
