It was great to trust in a company that shows professionalism in what they do for the people their providing services and goods to price was good especially with the discount added for such a great product

This is my first time ordering online and I called the store for reassurance purposes and got on the phone with a young lady named Tatiyanna and she walked me through the process over the phone to make it more comfortable for me. Both of my speakers double boxed and were handled with extreme care. I will definitely be shopping with Big Jeff again! 10/10 customer service

Shipping is false!! Says 2-4 days. Every time i have ordered it has been 1-2 weeks. Ad says " see details " link does not exist. " Contact us " link does not exist. This is the third time. Never using them again. Still havent received product. UPS shows " label created but not shipped" . This is the second week. Buyer beware.

Muy excelente producto justo lo que nesecitaba para mis pequeños subwofer y buena calidad

They always work hard to , make it a best transaction

I liked the turn around time

sent a "new" non working beat up amplifier that looked like it was dropped before it was shipped then didn't protect it when it was boxed for shipping and can't replace it refuses to issue a refund just useless store credit.

Customer service is A1 they helped me find the right door speakers and amps to match them and I was blown away by the knowledge they have keep up the good work

Great customer service and prices. I've bought from Big Jeff's several times and will use them for all my audio needs. I'm in North Carolina and I prefer Big Jeff's over any of the locals stores here. Awesome Place

After placing an order where only one item was delivered, the item delivered was in great condition. However Jessica, lit a few fires and within quick time the second item was on its way and delivered within 24 hours. BigJeffAudio.... Quality Products and Quality Service
