I have never used a storage company before and they made it so easy and friendly. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

From the very start of our emergency storage requirements (turned out of temporary accommodation by a “friend”) Rachel did her very best to ensure that we could stow our house contents safely and accessibly. Rachel was even able to suggest contacts who might be able to help with the carriage.

At every visit Rachel knew who we were and what might be required, particularly when sanity neared and we were able to downsize to a smaller unit.

Now that IS service; friendly, professional and backed by experience.

Booked a storage container for two months at the Aintree site following a sudden bereavement. Staff there are so helpful. Being open 6 days per week was a bonus. The storage units are clean and secure and the whole site is well run. We dealt with Jackie throughout who is an asset to the company.

My initial call was a good experience and then Dennis on the front desk was helpful and supportive......read reviews and think that my initial experience is 5 star

Took out a self storage unit for a year and will park our motorhome on site when a plot becomes vacant.
The storage unit is excellent with easy access and trolleys even provided.

Booking simple and ran smoothly. Staff very friendly and helpful.

So far so good. We were advised re size required. Simple process. Convenient access. Also great that you only pay for the length of time it is used, so initially you pay for a month, but if you don't need the whole month, unused days are refunded.
