A great company
The day that I called big state home buyers I knew I was in great hands! Doug came out a couple of days later and I signed the contract! I was very pleased with what I was offered and Doug was very professional and informative! I had a great team taking care of me! Thank you Doug Lauren Sonia for everything y'all did! Every time I had a question I was met with an answer! I will definitely be recommending big state home buyers to anyone who needs to sell their home in the future!

I contacted BigState and immediately the next morning I was signing my contract. Of course after we went over everything. BigState Makes you feel like you’re family. Very honest and humble employees, that’s not sounding like a car salesman. Mrs.Sonya, Doug, Tiffany and Jessica thank you. We had a very positive experience with this company. They were patient, while we made our decision, it took us almost 2/3 weeks. They didn’t rush us. They answered all our questions, in a very efficient and timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank You, for such a stress free process.

I wish I never sold my home with this…
I wish I never sold my home with this company.
They took advantage of me because I had less than two weeks to close on my new home after the buyer for old home didnt get approved.
Big state came made an offer that I accepted three days to closing on my new home they came back with a lesser offer for my old home.
I needed to close on my new home so I accepted I felt they took advantage of my situation i will never forgive myself for losing all my equity on my old home.

I am pained to hear that you regret this decision to sell to Big State. When we came out to work with you and your Realtor we understood that buying that next home was of supreme importance to you. I know we tried to make the sale happen at the price you wanted, but ultimately that price was too high. After three days we came back with the price that worked, which was a few thousand dollars less than the original offer, and you accepted. If we had known you felt like this wasn't the right move for you, we would never have suggested you proceed with the sale. We really pushed to pay you every dollar we could for the home. If the price were even a dollar higher higher, we wouldn’t have been able to help you sell this house and get you into your new home.
I am going to reach out to you personally this weekend to see what we can do to be sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else that we work with. Our aim is to help clients get to a better spot. We may have offered you everything we could possibly pay for your home, but if you walked away feeling like you didn’t make the right choice then we didn’t achieve our goals as a Company. I really do wish you and your family the very best and if there is something I can do to help resolve things when we talk this weekend, I will certainly try to make that happen.

They made me a fair offer within a couple of hours of appraising the house, and closed at my convenience. This was a big deal to me, because the mortgage company required me to sell the existing house before they would approve the loan for the new one!
