Ho acquistato una bici elettrica di marca presso BIKE DISCOUNT in Germania risparmiando tanto nei confronti del mercato italiano , servizio clienti molto efficiente e gentile, la bici è arrivata come previsto nei tempi di spedizione con corriere DHL perfetta !! In futuro mi rivolgerò a loro anche per acquisti di accessori e ricambi visto che hanno una vasta scelta a prezzi convenienti .

Il miglior prezzo sul mercato. Merce arrivata in 3 giorni lavorativi dalla Germania grazie a DHL. È comunque incredibile che si risparmino 70€ su 200 comprando in Germania merce italiana prodotta a 20 km da qui.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end! The order was sent quickly, delivery was done quickly, and the package arrived intact and without items missing. This is a huge step up from a company such as Bikeinn. Well done!

BUYER BEWARE if you live in the UK, or elsewhere out of the EU.
Somewhere hidden in the small print and not on the home page, they mention you will need to pay VAT and customs duty on top of what you pay them for the goods. However you need to complete and pay for the goods before this can be seen in tiny print at the bottom of your order receipt. This issue can add 25% to what you pay and cause weeks of delay. I researched and ordered a quality cycle safety helmet that is EXEMPT from VAT by UK under VAT Notice 701/23)
I wrote and cancelled the order inside 14 days returns requirement, any it was two weeks before the border force billed me £70 more than 50% of that being VAT in the safety helmet, by far the most expensive item on my order. One month on after my no acceptance of the order and documented request to the seller requesting refund. I do not have neither the goods nor the refund.

Their customer service was stubborn and very unhelpful. After first agreeing they would refund my purchase on return of the goods, this goods in this order seem to have disappeared completely and so has my money

The word discount in their name and on their home page is false advertising and should be ignored by anyone outside the EU who considers buying from bike.discount.de. This seller is much more expensive than all their competitors and should be avoided at all costs.

I returned my product and waited more than 1 month, they don't want to refund.
It's the worst customer service I've seen in my entire life

Disque magura storm hc 180mm vendu sans emballage sur leur site internet mais hors d usage car côte minimale 1,6 mm alors que ces disques magura doivent être changés en dessous de 1,8 mm d épaisseur. Neuf ils font 2 mm. Vends du matériel HS. Des arnaqueurs.

Delivery company unfortunately broke my package and a Torque wrench was missing from the delivery.

So I contacted Bike Discount customer service. I have never been in contact with a customer service before but you read stuff on the internet and I was expecting the worst.

Well, I got the absolute best.

A couple of Emails back and forth. They are very efficient and polite.

They couldn't re-send the torque wrench as it was out of stock. But that is okay. I'll just re-order it when they have it back in stock.

So instead they refunded the money. Very quickly by the way. The day after the last Email exchange I think or maybe a couple of days later.

Very fast and a very good experience.

the shop could be fine but curier is terrible!
they still use sda which is garbage.
on top of that bike discount service is also terrible, they do not answer for days...so you save some money on the products you buy but you can lose a lot more in calls, emails etc etc

Sono diversi anni che faccio acquisti su questo sito online e posso confermare che ha buona disponibilità di prodotti e quasi sempre i prezzi più bassi del mercato online. L'evasione del pacco non è velocissima ma comunque soddisfacente. Perché non do altre stelle? Perché nel complesso del servizio, quanto di buono fa B-D, lo spreca il servizio di spedizione, che seppur non è di diretta responsabilità di BD è comunque il risultato di un accordo commerciale. BD si avvale del pessimo servizio di DPD, veramente lentissimo. Pagare una spedizione per ottenere un servizio di così scarsa qualità è vergognoso nel 2023. Spedizione partita il 17 maggio e ad oggi 23 maggio dal tracking risulta ancora in Germania. Purtroppo avevo dimenticato le precedenti esperienze negative con DPD quando ho scelto il corriere anche se dhl (dalle mie parti) nemmeno è il massimo. Probabilmente sono abituato male col servizio Amazon. BD cambia partner spedizioni oppure azzera i costi di spedizione vista la scarsa qualità di DPD.
