Bikegear is amazing
Akash was amazing. I pinged him after checking the site and he helped me with everything. Got a great deal on a pair of Astar boots. I had to wait for 3 weeks but it was worth it. Akash updated me the moment the boots were shipped and I received them in perfect condition

Poor customer service
The customer service is very poor. The person named Akash doesn't know the way to speak to a customer. The only thing he knows is to argue. He takes everything offensive. I only tried to clarify few things about the product i purchased "Cardo packtalk edge " the device had dust on it. I told that the product looks like used because it has dust on it. I have never seen a brand new device that has dust on it. When asked Mr Akash about the same he treated me like an illiterate and mentioned they sell Cardo intercom like water and have never heard someone telling that they got used product. If there was a misunderstanding, least this guy could do is explain it instead of being offensive

A full 5 stars to Akash for his promptness and assistance throughout. It is evident that he enjoys what he does and that makes all the difference for a customer who may be reluctant initially. I ordered a Yoshimura AT2, a radiator guard and frame sliders for my bike. All received in better time than promised. Akash followed up the progress throughout. Glad to have found a trustworthy source of goodies for my bike.

A SIDI X POWER ENDURO boots is not available in India and so the only solution was Bikegear.in .
