This is my second purchase from BikeGear. I was a little skeptical in the beginning wondering how the product would be delivered and the whole workings behind it.
My First order was a touring seat for KTM 390 ADV. After I placed the order, I was promised 4-6 weeks for delivery. I wasn't sure if this seat would fit my Indian Spec bike. I waited fo the delivery to find out. As promised I received the delivery in 4 weeks time. The product was top notch and the fit was perfect. Great job done coordinating from purchase to delivery of the product.
I was very impressed with the service and realizing my horizon expanded with a variety of parts that I can get my hands on which are not available in India.
I placed my second order for an Alpine Star Goretex Boot. Received the same in little over 4 weeks time and this time around as well the fit as advised was perfect.
Very happy with the service, definitely recommend anyone who is looking to purchase products listed on their website.
I will soon place my third order in a few weeks ;-)

I was reached out by Ashish after the terrible experience I had and the product was delivered to me after my request. The product was well received.Thanks again Ashish.

Pathetic service from Akash and Team again .Ordered a leo vince performance exhaust for my N1000 on 12th April and was said to allow 5-7 weeks.
The product was said to shipped in June first week after multiple chasers and its never arrived. The last product which I ordered had a dent and the response from Akash was these small things happens as if he paid for it.
Now after multiple chase someone claimed as Ashish refunded the 50% of my amount that I paid on 12 th April and said to give time until 3rd July post which they will update the status. Its now 18th July I see no update
I see all fraud as the product was coming not in my name but someone else which Akash shared, so pathetic right as they take all personal proofs to do KYC and alas they waste your time and money.
To a surprise I see Akash has kept a whatsapp status of same exhaust (leo vince factory S carbon fibre 14224s for n1000 2017-2020) on 18th July stating its in stock hahahh.
I recommend no one to buy this and if you are interested donot pay whatever they claim on site as this guy Ashish said he will provide the product at 87k as they messed up.
