Ordered a plate and paid the top fee to get it delivered next day, no sign of the plate 2 days later, tracking shows not collected yet, no answer to emails or phone calls! Don’t waste your money on this company because your just paying for a poor service

Bought a plate on the Tuesday expecting next day postage as per their site. Paid extra for delivery by the Friday.
Found out from the courier that he only sent it on the Friday, leaving me with one option of getting one made up elsewhere quickly.
Arrived on the Saturday after I had left, however seller refused to refund with excuses like, couriers are guarenteed' and 'bespoke items can't be returned' If he'd just send it out on time, then I would have received it.
The guy should have just put his hands up and said sorry.
Had to get paypal involved to get my money back.
