Returns! I have emailed twice on the returns filled out return claims called on returns an have not received no information or labels on returns.

I found the perfect Guardian Bell for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it. He hadn't had one yet for this bike and it meant so much to him.

I bought a Vest I love the vest. It was a Little small wanted to exchange it for one size bigger, and your company ghost me. I called email no return customer service is terrible.

Company gave me the run around about exchanging vest to a different size. Have called several times to be told someone will call me back to no avail. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

The company informed me they had technical difficulties with their systems so they could not email me about my exchange order. It has been resolved now with the product. Customer service has been updated and is better than before! The product I received is of extreme quality and the price is right. I highly recommend this company and all its products.

I am 5”10, 220lbs, more physically fit than the average 50 y/o and the XL fits a bit snug around the mid section. That said, for functional protective gear it is good and does not give way to the wind at speed. I recommend this product.
