Items did arrive delayed but I was away when they should have arrived so it worked for me. The returns took longer to process than other companies but I didn’t have to chase them for a refund. My experience of them recently is far better than their partner company Roxy who still hasn’t given me a refund 5 weeks later. I would consider buying from Billabong again my concern isn’t with them specifically its with the company who owned both Billabong and Roxy and there compete lack of customer service which isn’t AI. The use of AI means you never hear back and never get an answer to your question

From start to finish , the experience was great, I was well informed all the way through as my order was in 2 deliveries. The quality of the items are wonderful, and the sizing perfect. Will be ordering from them again as soon as the season changes. Need some long sleeve T-shirts!

I waited a very long time for my parcel, and in the end, my T-shirt was delivered to the wrong address. I provided photos comparing my front door with the door where the parcel was actually delivered, but your customer service still informed me that I would not receive a refund.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. I am very dissatisfied with both the delivery service and the customer support.

Great product, easy to order, great price, quick delivery. What more do you need!

I ordered some items on sale, then it took over 10 days to dispatch and by the time it did dispatch most of the items I ordered were no longer available, if I ordered something they should have immediately put that stock to the side to send to me, not tell me 10 days later they already sold it to someone else. There customer service contact is all automated responses, you can’t actually talk to anyone as now I’m waiting over 10 days for my refund of items I returned. The quality is fine but their items are not sized properly, the dresses are made for people with no chest and the skirts of the dresses are very tight even in size large.

Same as all the other negative reviews here, customer service at Bilabong is nonexistent. I made an order at the weekend, I was making an order whilst on a train, and it doesn't seem like my Google Pay went through, I'm guessing I lost signal at the time. I still received a confirmation email with an order number, but 5 days later it's still not been processed. I emailed customer service to ask did my payment go through okay, I received a generic copy and paste email over a day later saying orders are despatched in 2 - 7 days.... That's not what I asked? My card hasn't been charged, but I would like customer service to actually read the question, I will happily pay again but I want what I ordered. I had the exact same experience with Element moments later, you can tell they're owned by the same crappy parent company

I ordered one pair of boardshorts, received them with no tags, sand and two seashells in the pocket!
Bought another pair and they have holes in.

Contacted customer services weeks ago and received no response.
Returned items which were received in the 10th and no refund.
Fill out the customer service form to again receive no response just an AI acknowledgment.
Shocking company with zero customer service.

The shoe sizes were off, which is understandable until I tried to return it. They do not give a full refund which is annoying but likely mentioned somewhere. It is impossible to talk to anyone besides their AI chatbot. Asking about the return originally it said they had not received my package, when I looked at tracking they had. It then corrected itself and said the return wasn't processed. The chatbot then said I can ask any more questions but disabled the ability for me to type. It did this multiple times because when I received the e-mail transcript the majority of the email was in French. Multiple times I asked it to contact me in English, it still sent French e-mails. I still do not have my refund.

Quick and efficient, with lovely new items added regularly.

Terrible customer service and an unnecessarily difficult returns process.

I placed my order with Billabong on 24 July and, weeks later, some of the items have still not even arrived. I have decided that I no longer want any of the order and simply want to return everything for a full refund, yet getting a return label has been made ridiculously difficult.

I have had to keep chasing just to get basic information and arrange a return. A company of this size should have a straightforward returns process and customers should not have to spend this much time trying to get their own money back.

I have now asked Billabong to provide a prepaid return label and confirm my full refund by 5:00pm on 11 August. If this is still not resolved, I will be contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback for the full amount.

Extremely disappointing experience and, based on the service I have received, I would not recommend ordering from Billabong.

Bought men’s flip flops. Sole detached after just a few times of wearing. Full refund given. Happy with customer service, but it took a while for resolving.

Ordered a few items in the sale and they were all good quality at a very reasonable price.
Very happy with the items I kept and it was really easy to return the others.

Billabong has always made gear that looks great, fits well and lasts!

Appalling there is no customer service -
Faulty flip flops bought on holiday fell apart the same day but we had moved on. Literally no one is interested despite sending photographs numerous times evidencing the problem. We expected replacements or a full refund and have received no communication whatsoever.

I've been waiting over 2 weeks for customers service to reply to the fact my parcel was delivered to the wrong address, on top of that I had to wait nearly 2weeks for it to be shipped in the first place now if there's any further issues I'm worried that I won't be able to return the items as it's now been more that 30 days. Clearly based on previous reviews this has been a problem for years and the email I got saying "we are currently experiencing very high contact volumes" is just them failing to actually pay staff to do customer support or continued poor service leading to high volumes of complaints.

It takes them 1 full month to refund my orders, which is so irritating! They did answered my email, but not that helpful.

Delivery time depends on where they get that items from. If in UK, very quick within a week. If not, takes about 2-3 weeks to receive it.

I give 2 stars because at least the swimwear look pretty, but bralette S is extremely Small. I am size 8uk and have to wear M.

Overall, I would buy Billabong from ASOS or other websites but not from their website.

Only recieve part of order, no one answers customer service. No one response to any email, the telephone contact doesn't work.... im really disappointed 😞 very very poor currently trying to get a charge back ..

Awful customer service I have returned an item and they haven’t refunded me and they don’t answer your emails, Instagram or TikTok messages I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I’m having to open a dispute to get my refund

I have sent my return almost a month ago and still haven’t received the money back. Upon chasing and providing proof of return, communication from billabong was extremely poor, took ages to respond with vague explanation. Found them dismissive and dishonest.
For a separate order I placed in the past, delivery took over three weeks instead of outlined 3-5 days and I couldn’t get the company to assist me in finding out where the order was.
Stay away to avoid the stress. I’m still chasing the return money I worked hard to earn and they just quickly thieved it appears.
