Helpful customer service. Quick delivery only tried welder for short test, but all worked fine.

Great company to deal with. 24hour delivery of my new arc welder. Used welder today for first time what a difference from my old heavy ac welder!!!

Brilliant bit of kit.

I received my order next day but unfortunately it was damaged in transit. I contacted Bimson and the response was fabulous and they sorted the problem immediately and a replacement sent.

I bought a Champion petrol pressure washer (4200 PSI) last summer and have had no problems with the machine. However, customer service for backup parts and servicing has been extremely difficult. I can’t get ahold of anyone I’ve left several voicemail messages and sent emails, but no one has responded.

I had a problem with the delivery of the machine but could not fault Bimson for the support they gave me as it was a fault with the courier.
They machine is excellent and made my job very easy would definitely recommend the company and the power washer will definitely use again.

If you have a technical problem, you cannot speak to a human being. If you fill out the online problem form, you find out at the end that there is no "send" function. It is clear that there is no after-support available whatsoever, so utterly useless.

Price, delivery and communication with Bimson was excellent. Pictures in the instructions are not very clear need to be more defined. One nut and bolt would not tighten up but that is no problem. I put a cable tie on the hose from the pump to the reel which kept it securely out of the way of the wheel. Have used it for a couple of hours so far and I am very impressed it makes my old power washer look like it wasn't even working, it has brought my paving up so clean it looks as good as new. Time will tell how reliable this is but from what I have seen I highly recommend this machine.

Bimson customer service was fantastic. I needed to return a big item due to no fault of Bimson, and it was taken care of very swiftly and a refund sent promptly. Very satisfied with my new order as well.

Used twice before and their products and customer service are second to non. Will definitely use Bimsonpower again without a shadow of a doubt

Bimson power great heater works really well easy to manoeuvre around and a well designed powerful heater . Great for larger spaces and instantly heats up the larger areas wold highly recommend.

Bought a small air compressor at an excellent price . Very impressed with the quality. Delivery was also very good.
What really impressed me though was that I also purchased a 5 piece accessory kit. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong kit. When I contacted them they acknowledged their mistake and immediately sent a replacement which arrived the next day. Excellent customer service.
