Generally Reliable, but Refund Issue on Recent Order
I have placed several orders with Bio4Men in the past, and most of them went smoothly without any issues. However, my recent experience has been disappointing.
I decided to return an order under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and sent the package back unopened. According to the tracking information, it was delivered to the shop on December 7, 2024. Despite multiple follow-ups and the 14-day refund period having passed, I have neither received a response nor a refund.
While my past experiences with the shop were positive, the lack of communication and failure to resolve this issue is concerning. I hope they address this situation promptly, as it stands in stark contrast to my previous interactions.

Hai Markus, thank you for your patronage in the past years!
Your returned order is delivered on December 7th. I can only apologize and we refunded your money yesterday. In appreciation of your patronage and the fact that we made a mistake in refunding you, please find in your email a small gesture to make up for it.
With kind regards,
Robin

Verzending duurde redelijk lang (vrijdagmiddag besteld, dinsdag in huis).

Hoi Joyce,
The poduct was not available
The poduct was not available. I got mail if I wanted to cancel. I answered: yes. A month later I got the product. It was a holiday present of a friend. She got it, when she was already back…
