This is such a sad situation as the product that I ordered and have ordered many times before is excellent. It works very well for me as I have used it for recurrent chest infections and it is so helpful.

Unfortunately there seems to be issues with getting/keeping it in stock and this has been a problem for a long time.

This time though, it's been six months and nothing. Very little communication and always, 'it will be a few weeks' and now it's been more like six months and no further info and no product.

I wish them the best. I suggest they get a communication manager to look after customers and let them know what's going on.

Terrible! Tried to order and no customer service. No one returns calls and now they won't even accept payment to order with no explanation.
Had problems in the past but now even worse!

Not even one star. Non existent customer service, put my order two months ago and nothing happened. My massage therapist advised me to buy from them and I deeply regret doing so. Scammers big time!

WARNING! This is no longer a reputable company. The past few years have gotten worse. It's now a complete scam and you will have to contact your financial institute to get a refund as they will ignore your attempts to obtain a refund. Their website should be shut down and the company investigated for fraud,

Took my money right away and 3 months have passed no product. 6 emails have been sent over the course of the last 3 months to the same individual -Betzalel Aiello - all with similar responses that there's a manufacturer delay and I should get the product within a few weeks. Still no product and they have my money. I have submitted a claim with the fraud protection dept of my credit card company to initiate an investigation and provide a refund.

It's been about six months of e-mailing and calling this company, with no answer or follow-up about an order for 3-4 months worth of product. They have sent product in the past, albeit it took a while, but it has been radio silence on all fronts. Do not buy from this website.

It is a scam! Do not order from them. Firstly they charged my card before shipping. When it took so long I wrote to them to cancel. They never refunded me my money despite several back and forth emails with Betzalel Aiello. Finally he started ignoring emails requesting the refund. Never showed me evidence of refunding me. They know exactly what they are doing.

Subscription website scam. I signed up for a monthly supplement on 9/21/24 (the only way Bioadvantex allowed was a 'pre-order' monthly subscription). Since then the company has charged $44 each month, and even increased the last charge in December to $58 without my consent. I have never received anything. Nothing. I have attempted to cancel the subscription each month since October, through their website contact form as well as their email and left a voicemail. I receive no reply to anything. It is now January 2025 and I have disputed these credit card charges over the last few months but my credit card is giving the company 3 months (!) from the start of each dispute to resolve/reply. Bioadvantex website and subscription email states you can review or cancel the subscription any time, which I have been unable to. I am now left with either canceling my credit card or getting a new credit card number because of this one company.
