Customer service is appalling
I ordered 10 pairs eventually turned up after a couple of weeks thought they were in UK the quality was not what I was expecting I contacted Milly by email asking for a address to send them back for a refund she replied that give them to someone else and order a new size I do not want a new size just a address and refund. I contacted her again no response seems they just want your money customer service is appalling would not recommend them to anyone BUYERS BEWARE have now contacted my bank to see what can be done

Do not use this service
Do not use this service! I ordered some boxers on 13/03/25 and they have never arrived, I have contacted customers services multiple time and now they have just stopped replying at all. Emails send on 7th, 13th and 15th have all been ignored.
Contacted Royal Mail myself who advised tracking not updated since 28/03/2026 so item is likely lost/missing.
This is something that is definitely for the so called customer service to sort but do not hold your breath, looking at all the other 1* reviews it appears I am not the only one with this issue, so far no apology, no other of resending items nor a refund.
Very disappointed
**ADDED NOTE** As requested by the Team at Bio fit, I have contacted again and used multiple email addresses to ensure not going into Spam, surprise surprise no response

I recently ordered 10 pairs of Biofit boxers but didn’t realize I had ordered the wrong size. I contacted Biofit and dealt with a lady called Isabella who was extremely helpful. She answered my emails very quickly and apologized that I had the wrong size. She also said that she would send me a replacement order free of charge in the correct size as a one off without having to worry about returning the wrong sized boxers. I was very impressed with the customer service and would definitely use Biofit again. The boxers are very comfortable.

Arrived by the time mentioned. Lovely underwear. Glad I bought the longer length as these don’t ride up your legs. Very soft and so comfortable you don’t realise you are wearing them.

The underwear is breathable and helps and super soft, they dont chafe her like women's knickers do.

Had emailed the company straight away but no reply.
Only response was an auto reply that it has been shipped.

I ordered wrong size in error by clicking the wrong button. I contacted biofit and they arranged for a new order to be sent to replace with correct size.
Great price, very comfortable & exactly as described in the advertising. Will order again.
This is not a complaint, but don’t expect next day delivery. Mine took about a week to arrive.

Not as snug fitting as the site makes out
I followed the advice on the site about these boxers being snug fitting so went up a size. They took a few weeks to arrive and unfortunately they're not snug fitting at all and are a little baggy. Apart from that the quality is good but I think I'll have to return for a smaller size. My advice, order your normal size!
