I’m currently studying the Biomechanics Diploma. So far I’ve been really impressed. As an educator Rachel is fantastic. The days have flown by. I’m a Pilates instructor and I’m so excited about using what I’ve learnt with my clients.

This is a very thorough course about assessing and improving function and movement from a very foundational level. It has clarified so many points and linked the dots in my knowledge.

Rachel is super prepared, challenges your critical thinking and really makes your brain work. She also creates an environment where everybody feels safe to explore and be themselves not to mention the fact that she is super funny and lovely.

The website portal could be a bit more straightforward on what you need first but learners support can help with that. I also would have preferred a manual to work from rather than just a transcript of the online learning as I learn better from having everything in one place.

I absolutely loved doing this course! Rachel is an incredible teacher and her passion for what she does is very inspiring. I am a very practical learner so I loved that I was able to attend the in-person workshops which made the online learning experience a lot more enjoyable for me. Since becoming a Biomechanics Coach I have made some incredible improvements to not only my clients but also myself and my business. I would highly recommend the Diploma in Biomechanics Coaching to anyone wanting to upskill and enhance their career!
