Customer service is terrible. Takes DAYS to get a response. You have to threaten to write a bad review for them to even respond to you and the item doesn’t work. Too expensive for what it is.

Easy way to take all your vitamins at once
A nice easy simple way to get all your vitamins all in one shot and not have to open up 50 bottles every day and take two pills out and take 100 pill pills a day. Thank you very much. Appreciate everything you’re doing.

Day number 2 . I am already excited. I love the packaging to start with . Very convenient has all the travel kit plus my refill packs and the bottle has my name soo cute and card that I can show my health care provider to show what vitamins I take in a day. Also the granulates makes it so easy to I take specially that i had a bariatric
Surgery . Helps digest. I am in awe of it all i cant wait to see results.

The taste of the product is TERRIBLE!!! spooning a heaping load of these hard granules into your mouth and then drinking water (or juice or whatever) is horrible! the granules go EVERYWHERE! All over your mouth and you'll be picking them out of your gums and teeth for an hour! cancelled subscription after a week. Again, the taste is HORRIBLE!! Might as well chomp on a multi vitamin from Walgreens! Too bad. I really was looking forward to these vitamins.

Bioniq uses granules instead of traditional pills so that nutrients can be delivered in a more stable form and gradually dissolve during digestion. That said, we understand that the texture can take some getting used to, and the experience should still feel comfortable to take every day.
Many people find it easier to mix the granules with yogurt, a smoothie, or soft food rather than taking them directly with water, but we completely understand that this format may not suit everyone.

I am 71 years old and I feel better
I am 71 years old and I feel better taking these vitamins. My brain fog has decreased. I have a bit more energy. It's a different way of taking vitamins but it's doable. Taste is very light. I am satisfied with my purchase. The cost is more expensive than most but worth it. I have been taking them for 2 weeks and this is my first time taking vitamins where I can feel the affects. I have no side effects. The vitamins I've taken in the past did not have the same affects. I recommend this product.

I love the vitamins and how unique they are to my needs. I wish that I could choose more than three options for what it is that I would like to see Improvement on as I'm still feeling quite tired during the day even after taking the the vitamins. If you had one that was a night time vitamin as well that helps with sleep I would totally buy it. Is that an option?
