Horrible experience, ordered products and never received them. Avoid

Product was tijdens de aankoop op voorraad maar toen ik eenmaal betaald had kreeg ik na een week te horen dat het niet meer op voorraad was. Ik heb de aankoop geannuleerd. Er werd over en weer vriendelijk gemaild met excuses maar ik heb mijn teruggave na 5 weken nog steeds niet ontvangen.

Na het schrijven van deze revieuw uiteindelijk de terugbetaling ontvangen .

I ordered from bioshi24.ro—they took my money, but I never received the products. I had ordered some organic coconut juices.

I received unsealed empty product, I was informed that I will receive a refund and nobody answered after that to any of my follow up emails. Very unprofessional.

Didn't receive my product. No phone to call and ask for support. They don’t reply to emails. Big scam. Don’t ever buy from them.

Got only half of my order. Sent them mail about that. They asked me to send a picture of what I got. Did it. After that - silence. Never again.

I thought I am ordering from my country, but after I received a weird broken lithuanian language letter from customer service I understood that this is Polish company.
Unhappy, too long, I feel cheated. I just want my money back!

Firstly, I thought I ordered from a local website, turns out that this company is in Poland.
Unhappy about customer service. Had to wait for 3 weeks for my order, got no help from them, I had to keep sending mails to find out why my shipment was stuck at the carrier. Apparently there were broken bottles in the box so they held it back.
When I finally did receive it, it was a box full of broken glass. I did get a refund for the 4 bottles that were gone but the rest of the order was also covered in tiny glass splinters and some of it not safely usable (splinters under the corks)
Had to clean up for an hour and cannot use several items of my order, for which I got no refund. Well I got a 15% off my next order, but that won't happen.

Bra med uppdateringar av orderläget. Fick snabbt info där dom bad om ursäkt för att det tog några dagar extra p.g.a. hög orderingång.
Bra priser och väl förpackat gods.

Alle goederen zijn zoals beschreven.
Ondanks de grote afstand zijn goederen binnen 1 week geleverd.
Dit was een eerste bestelling en alles is zeer goed verlopen waarvoor dank.

I have ordered from this site Bioshi24.hu for the 1st time. After I placed the order I searched for reviews (just in the right order hahhaha) and read some really scary ones here that this site is fake, etc..
I got quite panicked as bought spirulina, chlorella, camu camu etc, bio superfoods for close to 100 euros. expensive stuff.
They took a bit of delay sending the package (3 days), but answered my email right away when asked why it was delayed and it was expedited on the same day. Just got the package and the quality of the superfood powders seems to be very good, they taste great.
They offered the best price for these organic superfoods in Hungary. (I searched carefully as want to integrate these supplements into my diet and use them on a daily basis, as recommended by Darin Olien)
I was even offered 15% off for my 1st purchase + free shipment, so it was a really good deal.
I do recommend them and will buy again.

My order eventually delivered yesterday after many weeks of delay. This was largely outside the control of Bioshi. The culprit for the delays was the courier GLS🤬
I hope to reorder in future with Bioshi who’s customer service is exemplary.

Köp aldrig nåt därifrån de saknar all respekt för kunden.de skickade mig trasiga varor som ja har betalat för och de vill inte ersätta eller kompensera mig trotts att jag har skickat bilder och visat dom .de ignorerar en helt hållet ...rekommenderas att inte handla därifrån

Ik was op zoek naar de allesreiniger van Agafi die sowieso al lastig verkrijgbaar is ( in Nederland), maar nu overal online bleek uitverkocht. Alleen Bioshi24.nl bood dit nog aan en ze hebben ook andere producten die ik graag gebruik, maar hier moeilijk verkrijgbaar zijn. Ondanks de niet al te positieve reviews, heb ik toch mijn bestelling geplaatst en betaald met Paypal ( in ieder geval de zekerheid tot terugbetaling mocht het misgaan). Het was een goede ervaring qua bestelproces en updates over de voortgang van de bestelling. De bezorging duurde iets langer ( 3 dagen) dan de 5 dagen die waren aangegeven bij het bestellen. Vandaag het pakket opgehaald bij het UPS punt. Het was stevig verpakt en compleet. Ik zal er zeker terugkomen.

I admit I was rather sceptical about this site at first, as they have very bad reviews here. However, my experience with them was very good - I have received all the products I ordered, very well packed (olive oil bottles). It is true I did not receive the parcel in 2 days, but in 10, which is quite normal actually, given the distance Poland-Romania. I have ordered on bioshi24.ro, not bioshi24.hu, but seemingly they are the same company.

Beställde björksav 10x3 liter från dom, smakade illa och innehållet i varje box var grumligt och förorenat (björksav ska vara kristallklart). Vid kontakt med bolaget fick jag till svar "Nederbörd är en naturlig process och utgör ingen brist" (verkar vara Googleöversatt) Att skicka tillbaka och lägga ut ytterligare pengar på frakt var inget alternativ så vi hällde ut skiten.
Ett oseriöst företag med undermåliga produkter, köp inte därifrån.
