The Birchgin team were outstanding
The Birchgin team were outstanding. There was damage to the packaging in delivery, and they rectified the matter immediately.
The gin is delicious! It's now one of my favourites. I will be sharing a bottle with my friends who love craft gins. I know they will be impressed.

Hi Claudia,
Thank you for this review and for your kind words. You were delightful when we spoke about the damaged bottles, I guess we got a little unlucky with the couriers this time.
Enjoy the gin and have a great weekend!

You are officially our most Northerly customer! (Is that even a legitimate sentence?) Thank you so much for ordering Birch Gin, it's hugely appreciated. We send about 40% of our online orders to mainland Scotland and the Isles and as a big long distance walking fan I love seeing where they are going. Scotland is just beautiful.
Best wishes,
Justin

Hi Barry,
I'm delighted you were happy with the service and hope you enjoy the gin. Birch Gin is just me and my long suffering wife Dawn, so it's about as far away from a big corporate as you can get. We hope to keep it that way for quite a while as we are having a blast!
Best wishes,
Justin

Stolen my ❤️
The gin itself has stolen my heart, but the customer service is second to none as well.
There is a gentle sweetness from the Birch Syrup combined with being beautifully smooth and subtle. Citrous brightness and herby earthiness.
I am not a fan of the brash or fruity gins, so this is utterly divine.
Perfect serve is with Fentimans Connoisseur Tonic and slice of orange or pink grapefruit.
The Navy Strength is also gorgeous, if not a little dangerous it slips down so beautifully.

Interesting gin
Interesting gin, with great botanicals delivered to my door by the company owner. It was nice to hear his obvious enthusiasm for his product. Found it worked well with tonic and rosemary or citrus peel.
