My son bought me some of the blends for christmas and I had been meaning to visit, today was finally the day! I have come away with a blending bottle and 4 teas: Blueberry Pancake, Rhubarb & custard, Blue Raspberry, blueberry Pancakes and Tumeric and Ginger.
The Tumeric and Ginger was a free sample, I usually get friends to send me a similar tea from India which i LOVE... I was super excited to try this tea, and it was exactly the SAME... So no need to bother me indian friends... Looking forward to try the other teas. I also would make the trip to a shop in Camden for other tea flavours... Not any more, Bluewater is not far for me, so this is a great shop on my doorstep!
The lady in the shop was also LOVELY, passionate about the tea and had a really good understanding of the flavours.

The customer care was exceptional

I've been buying tea in the Manchester store for over 2 years now and never had anything except a wonderful experience. The staff are always really helpful and very friendly. As someone who cannot have caffeine it has completely changed my tea drinking and I've not had a tea I haven't liked yet. The evening events are great value for money and I'll hopefully be booking my next one really soon.

Visited the Sheffield store - my first visit to a Bird & Blend store. I was not disappointed! The girl who served us was friendly, courteous and indulged me in smelling a whole range of teas before deciding on my selection. I was very impressed with the service and am now enjoying my Butter Toffee Popcorn Rooibos tea which is soooo delicious!!

I popped into the Borough store and was a bit overwhelmed by how much choice there was. I was immediately greeted by one of the team who came over and helped me. There were so many options, and I was able to smell lots of different teas and taste a few too. They answered all my questions and showed me the selection boxes too. I'm enjoying my first cup of chocolate digestive ☺️ thank you!

Great customer service from Beth at the Cardiff store today. Clearly very passionate about her job and made the perfect recommendation. Highly recommend!

The staff were helpful and were happy to talk to me about the different teas and let me smell them too. This was really good customer service. However, I asked about calorific content of the teas as I'm an intermittent faster and I drink teas with no calories in my fasting time. The staff were unable to help me with this request which was very disappointing.

Great quality teas and quick delivery. When I have been into store the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Andi & Anna have been incredibly helpful. When one of my tins of matcha was damaged in transit, Andi was very helpful in organising a replacement. I really appreciate this, as it’s a gift. Anna has been great in providing shipping updates. They’re a great team :)

We had a great time talking to the worker was very friendly and helped us out a lot I can't remember his name but he has Mr marmalade.

I love Bird & Blend! Their lock in sessions are so fun and the teas and matchas are delicious. I recently had an issue where I couldn’t attend an event and I let their team know, who kept emailing me trying to make it right, even when it wasn’t their fault and I missed the emails and didn’t respond. Amazing customer care!

I wanted to share a genuinely brilliant experience with Bird & Blend Tea Co. following a recent issue that was resolved with real care and humanity.
I popped into the Chiswick store as arranged on a day when it was snowing and absolutely freezing and I’d cycled over to make the prearranged appointment. I ordered a sticky chai to warm up and it was unexpectedly outstanding - soothing, comforting and exactly what I needed after battling the cold on my bicycle. When SJ, the store manager, realised I’d made the effort to come in despite the weather, she very kindly insisted on giving me the tea on the house. It was such a thoughtful, unexpected gesture and meant more to me than she probably realised. ✨️😇
SJ was warm, friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our encounter and she handled everything swiftly, smoothly and professionally. What could have been a stressful situation was turned into a genuinely positive and memorable experience. Between the kindness shown to me by SJ and that sticky chai, I’ve been completely converted to Bird & Blend Tea Co - a happy customer for life!
This is a company that clearly cares about people, not just policies, and that really matters. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. ✨️🐦🩷♨️

I am really disappointed. Purchased the Matcha Selection Box for a Christmas gift - so with postage was over £40. When it arrived it just looked like I was gifting a box of free samples. I was so embarrassed. I wrongly assumed it would be presented beautifully in a Tin or at least a substantial gift box - it was just thin cardboard.

I raised my disappointment with Customer Service and there was no real acknowledgement. Just a standard “you can return it if you don’t like it” which I obviously couldn’t as I had already gifted it. Not sure what I was expecting - but maybe some acknowledgement of my disappointment and empathy. So now I feel disappointed in the gift and very unheard by the company.

This was not what I was expecting from their marketing. They are effectively just another corporate who takes your money and doesn’t care about your experience.

Tried Bird blend tea for the 1st time yesterday. The breakfast tea tasted awesome but have given 4 stars as had to put 2 heap spoons in and not one as recom on packaging. Did however order builders tea so hoping that will be stronger and last longer.otherwise.. happy customer

First time I have visited this shop and what a delight it was. The staff are welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Sampled some tea- delicious. I will be returning soon.

I had an online query, about my mum who has had a liver transplant. Certain peels (specifically Seville Oranges) can cause issues with certain anti-rejection medication and I wanted to asked if any teas had this. Katie responded, and went above and beyond to find out if this was the case and later emailed me with a response - and luckily bird and blend use Sweet Oranges (not Seville). Very happy to hear about this and Katie was of great help - means a lot :)
