Good CJ service spoiled by lazy courier
The performance of CJ Wildlife was excellent. My only concern was your choice of courier. I had specifically asked via the courier website that deliveries NOT be left at the top of the drive next to the garage there but, in the event we were not in, to be delivered to the bottom of the drive and placed next to the back door. However, the three packages were left at the top of the drive (where they are vulnerable to theft). Not only that but we were in all day so that the courier should have delivered directly to our back door. May I suggest that you reconsider your choice of courier service. The current one seems to be rather lazy and unwilling to deliver down our rather steep drive. This has happened with other vendors using the same courier (several times).

Fantastic products from a first time customer
Fantastic products, looking forward to putting up our Protector Denton 28mm blue/ coal tit nest box, which I must say, is of the highest quality. All the caged guardian bird feeders with poles and extenders are also of the highest quality. Already had the blue and coal tits eating the different types of seeds and suet. Delivery was spot on, and I’ve already got several more things on my list to order. Would highly recommend this company, and as an added bonus, I’ve accumulated loyalty points which can be used towards some more goodies. I’m happy and the birds are certainly going to be. Well done CJ Wildlife, from an extremely happy new customer. 🐦⬛

Receiving quickly
Receiving quickly. The person with whom I spoke was extremely pleasant and speech very clear.
The item was extremely well packed. I will find the cardboard boxes and packing very useful. They will certainly be reused. The only problem I have is in which direction should place the box and the position of nearby branches,

Resposta da CJ Wildlife
Hello,
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We are delighted your order arrived promptly and that our team made such a positive impression. When positioning your nest box, a sheltered spot away from strong winds and direct sunlight is usually best, with nearby branches offering a little cover while keeping the entrance clear. We hope it soon becomes a welcoming home for your feathered visitors.
Best wishes,
Team CJ Wildlife.
