We ordered two large bags of Birdfood…
We ordered two large bags of Birdfood and awaited delivery. No attempt was made to deliver to our property. They were just dumped in the porch of a neighbour and left there until the neighbour returned very late that evening. A request for them to investigate the reason with DPD was brushed off by them saying they have no contact with their courier. If you wish your product delivered to your own house I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Resposta da CJ Wildlife
Hello,
We are very sorry to hear about your delivery experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to find your order left at a neighbour’s property without your knowledge. We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns, and we are sorry that you felt your request for help was not properly addressed. We do not have a way of contacting the driver directly and can only speak with a generic customer service advisor at DPD. Please be assured your complaint has been raised with them. We want you to feel confident ordering from us, and we are sorry DPD let you down on this occasion.
Best wishes,
Team CJ Wildlife.

good products, but 1 package split during delivery. needs more thoughtful packing
Box of goodies arrived in quick time. Always good products. However placing hard wood of insect house next to plastic of large seed pack meant that the edge of the wood had cut the plastic and lots of seed had spilled out into the delivery box. Maybe wrap house in bubble wrap next time!

A fair price for a good quality item
A fair price for a good quality item. Dispatched promptly.
I have bought on separate occasions the National Trust branded squirrel feeding box ( a few ££ more costly) and the CJ Wildlife branded version. Both do the job. The CJW version is a little more rustic and the NT more refined. I prefer the latter but that’s a personal choice and both seem like good value and quality.

Very well made / quite heavy for the size
Arrived on time. Very well packaged.
Well made and very sturdy.
Quite heavy for the size so needs a firm fixing point for the metal hanger at the back which will need a fairly long screw to fix it securely to wall or fence post.
