This young tech lad, Ali was exceptionally attentive and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was sorted with my Xepos issues. I must admit I was about to leave this company but chap has restored my belief in your company. Most other people that I have spoken with really don’t show any concern or commitment to calls that I have made in the past. But all that aside, Ali is an asset to this company, a people person. I had issues with my card terminal switching itself off and then not charging, I tried using the online technical support but was asked to send a video which I couldn’t during my working day. I then spoke to one of the technical advisors, Ali, who talked me through the issues and after asking me to plug in a usb cable into the card terminal we deduced that it was the charging cradle that was the issue. He is sending me a new cable which I hope to get next day. I didn’t give 5stars simply because the online part of the process didn’t work for me, however, the technician was excellent and very helpful over the phone

The worst service ever,
There are lots problem need to be solved support team don't even reply when they reply you are not in the front of the till because they reply every 2 hours or maybe 3 hours I had to sit on front of the till 2 days all day and night to fix those problems but they don't reply on right time, when I ask them to solve some problem they said it's not possible this is how our our system works we can't make any changes for you, disapprove systems don't even response over the phone rude stuff no manners at all, there are a few options features and functionalities should met with other systems but their one is totally different and it's not convenient at all too many problems in their systems which is need to be fixed, the worst pos system I have used ever, doesn't match the standard. We told them we don't want your systems anymore there is a 14 days money back guarantee so we thought we should cancel the contract and take their POS back but they don't reply when I say take your system back and cancel the contract, they reply back after 14 days, now we can't cancel the contract because it's more than 14 days bloody is scams.

So I talked to Ali from support team today for a problem we had with the pos machine and he mastered the job for fixing it and also he made sure we won't have this problem anymore with fixing the ip on the pos machine. Well done to him! Also he is a nice guy :)

A good terminal, transactions are processed quickly, simple to use. Overall happy with the service provided.

Great company very cheap rates and low terminal rental, ordered and delivered very quickly. Card machine is super quick at taking payments will be looking to get Epos also

Worst customer service ever i score them -20 not recommend them even for free

Not even worth one start. Absolutely waste of service. I would not recommend to anyone. My Co using this for two years service standards are appalling. Pls research some other good EPOS and card machine in the market. Customer technical advisors half sleep most of the time. Crooks never recommend 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

This company is an absolute con when you want to cancel your account!
The customer service team are ambiguous and slow with their replies and there are hidden charges everywhere. I have been trying to cancel for almost a year and really haven't got anywhere with this incompetent team. So disappointed! Do not go with this company - they are awful!

Customer Service is awful, they just lie to you on the phone, got hung up on regularly, no one replies to emails even after a week.

I don't know how everyone is so lucky having such a good service from them but not me. For near 7 weeks I try to get to customers service but no luck.
I bought a card machine from them and I get the money into my bank account after 7 - 14 days "a small detail" which they forgot to mention.
First time when I spoke with customer service they pass me like a ball and at the end they said I can choose when and how to get money into my account from the app (which doesn't work) or from the card machine but doesn't work.

I have been a customer with xepay for 18 months renting card machine. Our card machine started playing up and reported to xepay to be told I had to give them £100 pounds deposit before they sent a replacement and I had to take the faulty one to a drop of to be collected. Eventually they dropped the deposit but would not send replacement till I had dropped the faulty machine at a drop off.Not very good for a business with out a card reader machine. I have now sent three emails one phone call to cancel my account and still not receive any reply. Totally shocking from xepay
