Excellent customer service. I ordered a coat that, when arrived, did not match my expectations. I contacted Birmingham Wear and was helped by a wonderful and helpful lady called Stephanie. It was possible, together with a small refund, to exchange the coat without any problem with another model that did match my expectations.

Hände weg von diesem Versandhaus. Ich als großer Fan von Peaky Blinders wurde hier total enttäuscht. Nache einer Bestellung kam zwar eine schnelle Kontaktaufnahme wegen einer Anfrage nach Körpergrößen aber dann kam die Enttäuschung. Angeblich konnte die Bestellung nicht zugestellt werden, nicht nachvollziehbar, da jemand zu Hause war. Das Paket ist am Folgetag sofort zum Absender, natürlich in China, zurück geschickt. Mails an Birmingham Warhouse bleiben unbeantwortet. Nun habe ich einen Antrag auf Rückzahlung bei Paypal am laufen. Ein Stern ist hier auch zu viel.

Commande facile. Nous avions commandé un costume en taille L mais il était trop petit, j’ai tout de suite contact avec le service après-vente nous l’avons renvoyé et nous l’avons reçu très rapidement. Super expérience avec le service après-vente très réactif.

Die Passform entspricht nicht den europäischen Größen. Wehe, man muss etwas zurückschicken und möchte sein Geld zurück. Hat bei mir Wochen gedauert mit ständiger E-Mail Schreiberei. Man wird ständig mit fadenscheinigen Ausreden hingehalten. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

The communication and service was super. The suit fits perfectly. Quality is very good and you can't go wrong with the price. All in all a very good shopping experience.

I strongly advise against buying from Birmingham Wear. I ordered a Tommy Blue suit (Order #126565) and had to return it. I followed the return instructions strictly and sent it exactly to the address they provided, using DHL, which is a world-renowned carrier.

The problem started when DHL (along with their local partner Colis Privé) attempted to deliver the return twice at the store's address but couldn't. Since there was no one to receive it, they left the package at a pick-up point very close to their address.

The customer service agent, Véronique, contacted me on September 26th saying she would check with the responsible party and process the refund in the next few days. My last email asking for an update was sent in December, it's already March and nothing! Absolute silence. Even after countless emails asking for help, they made no effort to solve the problem. They preferred to just pass the blame, refusing to take a few steps to pick up the package at the collection point or help resolve the case.

Klarna, unfortunately, did not accept my request to suspend the payments, but I won't let this go. I am already filing formal complaints with consumer protection authorities and the police, as they are unjustly holding my money due to a receiving failure that is entirely their fault.

Save yourself a massive headache and avoid this company at all costs!
