Excellent customer service. I initially ordered the wrong sized liner and needed to reorder a new one. It was then delivered the very next day! Now that's what I call service. Thanks so much to Jane for her advice and swift responses to my emails.

The best decision was using a birth pool at my home birth
I didn't realise how much of a relief water would be during labour. I got inside the pool while it was still almost empty but filling and it was the best decision. I didn't leave the warm water again until both baby and placenta arrived.

I hired a Birth Pool In A Box from our local hospital for our birth and bough the additional items (Hose & Pool Liner) from the site. Outstanding quality products, very easy to use and set up which I was able to do myself at the beginning of my labour with minimal stress and in good time. Would highly recommend for home births!
