We have the full size pet carpet cleaner a few years ago and recently bought the spot cleaner as well. They are both brilliant for cleaning the carpets as we have a toddler and a dog who love to make a mess.

I haven't tried the spot wash on other surfaces yet. My only criticism is how loud it is as both machines make slightly more noise than other carpet cleaners I've seen being used, but that's only a small drawback and maybe the volume makes them more powerful?

The customer care from Bissell was fantastic as we had not received the full order and they were so quick in responding and dispatched the missing items so quickly that they arrived the next day.

Really happy with Bissell and would recommend them for both their products and their customer service :D

Quality bit of kit, easy to use. Suction is great for cleaning stains out of carpet's.

It's wow...it's a shame kind off because it's finish very quickly, I needed to put 3,4 cups for great results..but anyway, I love it

Really poor customer service. After filling in a contact form to return the item, I received no response, so I had to send follow up email. I called the department and they keep directing me to the sales team, but they don’t answer and keep you on hold for so long. It’s now been more than 30 days as they don’t respond. I honestly don’t know how I will be return my product as they don’t reply. VAX customer service is excellent, and I will buy my extractors from there henceforth.

Purchased a carpet cleaner and used it immediately. very impressed with its performance and cleaning ability. I would recommend this product.

Easy to order with a fast delivery.
Invaluable as I have an elderly incontinent dog. Cleans carpets thoroughly and leaves them smelling nice

Overall, very pleased with my purchase - spot clean pet bundle. It was delivered within 24 hours of ordering, relatively easy to put together and did a great job on removing stains where my dog had been sick.
Four stars rather than five as the instructions that come with the cleaner are fairly useless - pictures only. We went online and printed out a PDF set of instructions which were much clearer - why not send these out with the product?

I haven't actually used it yet so can't comment.
However it looks a lovely piece of equipment.
Little disappointed as a few days later it was in the sale.

I have had to put 1 star, as I can not put no stars. I bought a spot on pet cleaning machine £109 never opened the box, thinking everything would be ok Tried it and it was leaking terrible, so got InTouch with Bissell, she said send it back with everything in the box, so off to there repair centre with all parts and accessories in the box that it came with, and they sent it back with no parts no accessories just the machine which is scratched all over but the one I sent back was brand new faulty with accessories and parts, so I ask them where are all the parts ect and they told me that I never sent anything with the machine, but I sent them everything what was bought in the box. But now I have a scratched up machine with no parts and accessories, can not be used without parts, I'm sure they think I can wave a magic wand and parts will appear out of thin air. She was Rude, nasty, called me a lier, saying she spoke to the place it got repaired and they said that they didn't receive them, so they have got lost in transit or something. This woman who I spoke to on the telephone had no customer care. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COWBOY COMPANY !! VERY UNSATISFIED. IV,E GOT TO PUT THE MACHINE INTO THE BIN NOW AS THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD SEND 1 PART AND THEY HAVEN'T DONE THAT. WATER FLOODS OUT WITHOUT MY NEW PARTS THAT THEY HAVE LOST. STILL NOT WORKING. So I've lost £109 buying a faulty useless piece of crap !!

Absolutely disgusting customer services and the worst company I've ever dealt with we bought a crosswave floor cleaner had it three months and it started leaking water everytime it was stood .we sent it back for repair and they said it was because the filter was wet err sorry it's a water filled cleaner.we got it back and low and behold it started leaking again and to top it all the motor packed up. We asked for a full refund which BISSELL refused until they could see if they could fix it, we sent it back a third time to receive an email saying yes you guessed it was the filter that was wet funny that because we sent it back clean and dried. And to top it all they now expect us to pay for the repair and shipping costs. Been in touch with trading standards and they say the way we've been treated is diabolical and we should demand a full refund we'll keep you updated with their response

Appalling customer service!

Bought a top of the range machine. When it broke, on hold too long on the phone and told we had phoned the wrong number - given the number we had just called to phone again. Asked to email. No response for 9 days so emailed again. They said they would send a courier and asked us when. Replied and they never got back to us. Now 3 weeks with broken machine. DONT BUY BISSELL
UPDATE: Now 25 days, 4 emails, 3 phone calls. Today I told Bissell we'll be in court if they don't sort it.

Very disappointed with getting the supplies needed for the symphony steam vacuum unit. They rip you off for order 10 pads, along with sending you part of the unit you do not need. If I would have known this issue, would not have bought it. Stick with Shark products, at least they support their customers. Never buying a Bissell product again. Bye Bye

I recently purchased the CrossWave OmniForce Edge, and I have to say I am extremely disappointed with this product. From day one, it started leaking, which was a major red flag. After just a week of use, it completely stopped working and failed to take any water from the tank for the mop feature.

The suction power is not impressive either, and I expected much better performance given the price. Overall, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I do not recommend the CrossWave OmniForce Edge based on my experience. Save your money and look for a more reliable option.

I returned a faulty vacuum, they received the return on the 6th February, I messaged them on the 17th asking when I'll receive a refund, I recived a brief message back saying they'd issued it on the 17th, I messaged back asking how long it would take approximately and I recived another brief answer saying check with my Bank.

I'll give it five days and see what happens.
If it doesn't show up I'll ask my bank to put in for a refund and contact trading standards.

Been through two carpet cleaners now with bissell. Both purchased direct. Both broke after around 6 months use. Contacted them directly. Hadnt even bothered respond.

This time everything has worked and the delivery has arrived.
