I was playing on their platforms Vblink, game was S5tarlight Princess, and I purchased 100 free spins for $100. After 2 spins, 4 Starlight Princesses came up and I won an additional 15 spins which starts right away. From those free spins, I won $52. After the completion of those spins, my 98 spins that I had purchased disappeared. I contacted Bitbetwin and it took 4 support tickets submitted until they finally responded, by telling me that gambling is a risky business and they were sorry that I didn't like the outcome. The chat line told me to call them, which I did. The lady who answered would not refund my money or spins and would not put me in contact with the owner of website or the supervisor, then she hung up on me. When I tried to call back, she would hang up on me after the first ring over and over and over again. I have had similar experiences but not at such a high dollar amount, so instead of arguing, I'd just drop it. I've also had times that I would win $200 and right in front of my eyes, without spinning, the money would disappear. This last time, when I was trying to get them to help me, I recognized that the answers they were giving me were generic answers because of previous problems I've had with them. They are rude and had an attitude of arrogance that they were not accountable to anyone so screw me. I've also had numerous times where I'd want to withdraw my winnings and they would give me such a run around hoping I'd give up and play the money, which sometimes would happen. They are happy to accept your Bitcoin deposits, but they are not happen to pay out your winnings. These people need to be held accountable for their treatment of customers. I've invested a lot of money on their site, but have never been able to actually solve an issue I had that was game related. Since gambling is such a "risky business", I figure one day they can decide to not even apply my deposit on a platform. Since that was their excuse for my missing spins that I purchased for $100 and only got 2 was "gambling is a risky business", I told them it sure is with them guessing whether or not they would provide the services that they are selling. Things go real smoothly until you win! My last contact was on 7/20/25, but when the event happened, it was the 18th and went on for 72 hours before they flat out let me know I was being ripped off.

But I’m sure that’s why you guys have such low cashout limits and why it takes so long to cash out. It’s because you know players will eventually play it all back, especially the longer you delay and make them wait. That’s not responsible gaming. It’s a deliberate and manipulative tactic. And nothing about it is fair. Your cashout process doesn’t change to make it any faster or easier - which can and should have been done already. It’s intentional.

2cd update: 7/6/2025 - Requested my second cashout. Now I’m just really super annoyed with this process.
So they took so long the first time. The second seems it would have been quicker. But I was in my account and playing and my phone died. My balance dipped below the $100 I requested to cash out. And rejected it since it was below what I requested.
So I topped it back up and requested again.
Now they are asking too repeat my ID verification.
Thanks for the $2500. But it does me no good when I can only get a little bit of it, once a day- if they do it..
The cashouts are just too low and take too long to get. This is a deal breaker for me to have to do this everyday and fight to get just a little bit of my winnings.

First, just know that I will update my review if and when I receive my first cashout.
I requested it last night. Completed my ID verification again- and timely- within an hour of their request.
It’s now 4 in the afternoon, and no cashout received yet.
I hit $2500.00 in Golden Treasures yesterday.
I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to cash it all out.
I’m only level 1 and fairly new..
But I confirmed I can request $100 max cashout, once every 24 hours- until paid out.
So if my redemption comes or not, I’m going to request again tonight also and every night moving forward.

As for the site overall- it’s really confusing at first. And took me awhile to understand wtf I’m supposed to do and how to go about with depositing.
I have tried the alternative to sending crypto and I’ve sent crypto.
It’s far easier to send crypto, I send litecoin from my PayPal account. It doesn’t usually take very long for them to receive and load it.

Only when you pay your deposit directly, as opposed to loading to your wallet and then going to “deposit” and picking your platform- you just go straight to deposit and pick your platform and then pay with your crypto.
