Bitcoin well is a scam.They suspended my account 8 months ago and upon asking and providing all the necessary documentation,their customer support team went ahead and blocked me.Deal with them at your own peril ‼️‼️‼️

They do non-custodial Bitcoin right. I've bought all my Bitcoin from them over the past several months, and never had an issue with them getting my purchase deposited directly into my wallet. And if I ever do have any questions, their customer service has always been quick to answer -- sometimes in minutes, but never more than a few hours. If you're in the market to buy self-custodied Bitcoin, I can highly recommend them.

I went to do a roughly $1000 e-transfer, which I have done several times in the past and this time it said "Apologies, but this transaction amount exceeds your maximum transaction limit for the payment type you selected." There was no money put into my balance whatsoever, just a failed message for it and no e-transfer sent, no word on where or how I get my money back. I just spoke with someone through email, They said it failed because I tried to e-transfer above the $950 threshold, which is misleading because the Limits section doesn't even show that, it should be the top limit in bold. They also said I can get a refund of coins if I have a wallet in my profile and tell them which one to send to. I told them which wallet and very shortly after a refund was issued. I wish the Limits section showed that $950 max per transfer for lite tier accounts so I would have avoided that, but at least they resolved it quite fast.

After a recommendation from the guys at Maple Bitcoin, I gave it a try. Being a bitcoin newbie, the account setup process was easy. I had a referral code which also gave me a token at the wishing well. Transactions are seem less and quick as long as you pick the expedited method which was a nominal fee. I am looking forward to trying out the ATM in our area just for fun. Tech support can take a little time in responding but they eventually do. Overall, it has been a great experience for a newbie learning the ropes.

Very slow in sending my ETH - over an hour, Customer service not good - slow in responding, no phone support no chat support - email only and SLOW - also VERY EXPENSIVE - stay away !

I’ve used Bitcoin Well a few times now, both at their ATMs and through their online site to buy bitcoin with cash. Pretty easy to use, quick, and always works without any big issues. I don't like KYC but they're definitely a solid and trustworthy option.

I don’t know I love the simplicity of it. It’s laid-back the security of it and the safety most of all the simplicity. Some of these other apps and platforms are just way over complicated. I like the way you can put money in and take money out 24 seven and transfer money I’m learning slow my first entered Crypto.com. It was like falling into the matrix way way overwhelming like a roller coaster. !!
