Deposited and played through on my vegas x account. Afterward I got my $1 daily and got it up to $50 to cash out. But they declined and said I had to deposit before it, so i deposited again but would not put it on the platform until it was at zero! So I played it till it was gone after getting it up past $150. Then I had to ask them 7 times to put my deposit on it since they refuse to let me get refunded, yet it took 4-5 hours or more for them to do it, just to make me not win a cent from the $30 I got on it! If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. This site stole my $30 deposit, using the "cashapp pay" feature where funds are supposedly "immediately added to your gaming account". After contacting support they said they found the mixup with my deposit and would open a support ticket and transfer it to the financial department ASAP. That was last night(11/01/25) at 3am...I contacted them again today at 3pm and at 9pm and got the same run around with the same excuse, then the agent closed our chat.
Not to mention, the other day when I wanted to cashout $350, they said "they had to check the game logs" and wouldn't let me cashout.
All this after I have made $100's of dollars worth of deposits to them, they ripped me off.

Well for starters they are taking forever to send me my winnings when I put in the request around 6:00 AM EST and it's now 3:00 PM and still nothing, and yes I know y'all have alot of customers but winnings should definitely be sent out in a timely manner! The sign up bonus and other promotions they have are great. Like the lucky charm chests you can open after making a deposit, that's one thing that is offered only on bitofgold. Deposits are made quickly with no issues. If I could recommend any improvements it would definitely be less pop ups on the site and if the withdrawal process could be more efficient. It says withdrawals can take up to 24 hours but you don't know if it's going to be paid out within an hour or take the full 24 hours. Also I recently had a withdrawal declined bc it was won from bonus credits earned on the gaming platform. I would understand if i hadn't made any deposits to that platform recently but I had made deposits that same day and days leading up to it.
