Update.. long story short. I thought that I had a balance of $175 in which I attempted to redeem at that time the bit of gold took all but $16 because they accidentally deposited $100 at that time I had a balance of 94 but they won't give me credit for the 94 instead they took it all except for what I deposited plus $3
