Frustrated
I was negotiating the deal and Rubem was very attentive and very helpful
But when they send contract I signed when I was driving and didn’t pay attention for the fee of almost $3k they were charging above an amount of $35 loan. After that they charged me another $2k of fees. Already complained about it but by now (11/21/2025 17:49) I still haven’t heard anything. Can’t recommend!!
