Samantha and all the team at Design works Bizspace in Gateshead has been very very helpful and accommodating. I will give 10/10. Very communicative and supportive with all our business accommodation needs. I also find that as a small business, myself looking for a space for the first time, very nervous and anxious, the team was able to provide support with discounted choices to help with my start up.

Planetary road site is great, have never had any issue that the manager couldn’t resolve quickly. Can’t praise the site team enough! Always available and helpful.

Nice break out areas with plenty of space. Clean communal facilities and good to have onsite parking. Great place to work

Clean and modern facilities with a good range of amenities throughout the building.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, plus close proximity to Morrisons is an added bonus.

Bizspace Littlehampton is a great place to base your business. Everything is clean, smart, and very well maintained. Janis, the site manager, is an excellent asset. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him and he keeps the place running impeccably well.

Appalling company ! Have rented space from them for a number of years have experienced the landlord constantly increasing rent for a building that is not even properly maintained. The is no security anyone can access the building anytime day or night ! And the cleanliness of the building is poor ! I cannot actually believe how disgusting people can be with their toileting habits - filthy!! Aggressive and ruthless company with zero customer service ! We are leaving and cannot wait to get out….we are not the only ones either.

BizSpace is great. I really enjoy working with them and they made everything absolutely simple and of course professional. Our Business is new but with great help and support from BizSpace we have great start. Many Thanks to Jessica who work professionally and exceptionally well. I fully recommend BizSpace.

I am a manager at Healthcare 1st Choice, Wolverhampton and we rent an office space within the premises.

Amenities are always spotless, property is always assessible and concerns are very quickly attended to. For instance, I once had to work overnight and the fire alarm went off and just wouldn't go off, I contacted the on-call staff and they dispatched an engineer who arrived around midnight to sort out the alarm.

Cath is another great reason why my experience here has been very positive. She always has a smile and a warm way to make everyone smile and laugh when coming into the premises. She is always supportive and helpful whenever I need anything and her friendly jokes and warm reception are often the highlight of a stressful day. 😊

10/10 Offices in Cheadle. Modern, clean and everything you need on site. Would recommend.

do a joke of a company made me wait 6 months and now it's just honestly you can't even get a unit to rent they just making excuses after excuse after excuse after excuse it's just never stopping just making excusesI'm going to consider legal action next for what they've done to me

Viewed two spaces over the course of three weeks or so. The chap who showed me around seemed very nice.

Agreed to move forward on the second of the spaces I viewed. An email was to be sent to me later that day with instructions on deposit payments and providing ID etc.

Radio silence, they obviously don't want my business. I'll be looking elsewhere.

BIZSPACE FIELDHOUSE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE.
This Company has to be the most enept I have ever come across only interested in your money, When you have a situation ie leak caused by there toilets and damages your carpets and stop you from using part of your lockup, which was also left for 36 hours before being cleaned up
They will not pass on any information regarding building insurance to make so I can make a claim which we pay for with our rent. I'm now left with only one option to go to small claims.
Already spoken to the managers in my area read my first sentence about enept then you will understand. Headoffice needs to contact me already filed claim come to a conclusion or its court simple.

Do not use this company.

Refused to return the deposit to our office upon the termination of our license agreement, unable to provide sufficient evidence to substantiate that the dilapidations cost was on par or in excess of the deposit held.

I do not recommend.

I have a office in BizSpace Gateshead, it's got all you need to run a business and would recommend to people who are just starting off in business,
Michaela on reception is always there to assist with parcels and advice. Samantha Kane the manager is very helpful and friendly and always willing to offer advice.

I’m very disappointed with this company. They failed to mention certain important terms that were included in the contract, which were never communicated upfront. On top of that, I didn’t even receive the service that was promised. This experience cost me £150 for absolutely nothing, and I wouldn’t recommend them to others.

Looking for an office to rent was difficult until we got in contact with the BizSpace manager for Littlehampton Janis . He made the process very easy also supported us with setting up the office furniture and other logistics . It’s just a phone call to their office and they get things done . His service is exceptionally good and he is very responsive.

I had my appointment in an office block which is owned by BizSpace but the company I went to see has two tiny rooms.
Since my appointment I tried phoning and sending emails to the phone number and email address on the website.
When I had got through to someone 4 days later and then had to wait 45 minutes of being on hold.
I was told I would have to go back up to office block to see if my glasses were there.
There’s nothing said about opening times on website and nothing mentioned in phone call so with it being a office block I thought 9 till 5 Monday to Friday.
So went up there and there was nobody in the reception area so you can just walk in and around that building just like I did with my dog and nothing was said to me as I even went all the way to the rooms where I had my appointment.
Then I was sat in the reception area for 90 minutes before someone from another company had asked me for my name and phone number and they had said that they would ask and would phone me next time someone from they company was back in.
So there’s no receptionist and no sort of security.
Now after reading this would you like to rent out office space that you had to keep important information or medication like the company I went to see!!!
The only good thing I can say is the people I had spoken to were extremely friendly!!!

WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE OFFICE SPACE OR ANY BELONGING TO BIZSPACE. BizSpace Bournemouth lost client records of someone who dropped them off in good faith to the office. These were financial sensitive records and were told that they must have accidentally been put in the bin. This took a month to sort out and no apology. This now being discussed with legals.
We then agreed an early leave date for our office. However they still hold onto the deposit 6 weeks in. There is no reason for this. So legals will sort.

My whole experience dealing with this company has been dreadful. From day 1 they lied about the services provided and the one they did provide were far from adequate.

If no star was an option that's what I'd give.

Toilets and kitchen areas not cleaned on a regularly basis. Taking ages to respond to emails or enquiries.

I wouldn't normally write a review based on the above, however "The mail forwarding service" at the end of our tenancy broke the camels back.

Charged £150 to forward on our mail. Even though we received no important mail they would not waiver this expense. Which is even more of a con "no one" asked us for a forwarding address.

When i challenged the site manager (Isobel) & the area manager (Ian) they said despite calling it "mail forwarding service" they don't actually "forward" on mail but keep it in the office for 3 months for us to collect!!!

For me this is "Daylight Robbery"

Their get out apparently is that we signed the agreement!

So if that's the case which technically its true, the agreement also said they would return our deposit within 4 weeks. 6 weeks later our deposit was finally reimbursed.

The premises served a purpose, however if i was looking for new premises now BizSpace is the last company I would use.

They constantly over promise and under deliver.
