I joined Bizspace Egham in April 2021 after lockdown. I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience working from here. My business is the best it’s ever been and that’s down to my gorgeous office space. The site manager, Jane, has been more than helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and she’s so warm and welcoming. Anything I need, she will do! I plan on being here for at least another couple of years as I don’t think I’ll find another centre quite as lovely and accommodating. I would recommend Bizspace Egham to anyone. Holly.

Turned up a Bizspace for a meeting with a company we do business with in their building - was not told to book my car in at reception - received a £100 PCN.

I have been renting 2 units off these people for over 11 years, the landlord changed 3 times in that period. Up until the last change the rents and services were resonable and ok. The new landlord (from germany I understand) doubled the rent for me in August and up until now I uderstood that everything else was the same. Not the case! Our onsite manager and repair man now have to be shared with two other sites. I wrote and complained to management and got a partial reply. Disgusted at being ripped off I have given notice on one unit and will do the same to the other one when I have a replacement. Just hope I don't have problems getting all my deposit back, as Biz have a bad reputation on this issue I am told. Sad times these, they would sooner chase new customers than look after loyal long term ones, and overload their existing staff.

Only recently moved into the offices in Cheadle, Adam and alex the maintenance man have been Unbelievable in help[ing sort everything, Adam genuinely made the difference between me choosing here and somewhere else that was cheaper with the sheer effort he went too to help and exceed expectation. Alex has gone above and beyond in dealing with the jobs needed in the office and his attention to the tiny little details has made a huge difference to the look and the feel of the place, I genuinely believe he has helped to increase productivity by the difference his workmanship has made. Were lucky to have both of them in the office, Brillaint guys and thanks for everything

We booked a training room at Biz space Sunderland to deliver pre employment training this week and I must say the room and service provided was outstanding! nothing was too much trouble, on arrival I was shown to the room which had full facilities required interactive white board TV HDMI connection and superb internet , we were also provided with full tea and coffee facilities and bottled water fresh each day. The Building and room was spotlessly clean and there was not one thing I could fault also a mass amount of free parking, If anyone is looking for a space for meetings or to deliver training I would highly recommend !

I moved into Bizspace Gloucester around 7 years ago and during that time have moved around different units. One unit I moved into was like a war zone. I offered to clean and decorate the unit for one month's free rent, which equated to around £300 for about £2000 worth of work.

Everything has been fine up until a year or two ago. They got new management in and replaced the site manager Jackie (who was lovely) with what I can only describe as a 'dictator' (she fits in perfectly with their new management at head office).

First of all they've recently increased the rent by 40%, you had two choices, move out or sign a 3 year lease. I unfortunately signed the 3 year lease in January, then the economy took a downturn and my business went from huge sales to pretty much nothing.

I had to move out of my two units, I had no other choice, I just couldn't pay the rent. Thankfully for Bizspace they had £5-6k of my money in terms of a deposit. I thought oh well, I've lost my money, but at least I'm out of there.

Two months later I got over £6500 in charges added to the deposit they already had. What for? What could possibly cost that much money? They've decided to upgrade all the electrics in one of the units, including new LED lighting and charged me for the privilege! They've given dilapidations (repairs required during or at the end of a tenancy or lease) a whole new meaning all of their own!! Dilapidations is Bizspace's opportunity to return a unit to its state prior to me moving in. Not the opportunity to install new electrical systems!!

I really can't believe the audacity of this company. The place is what can only be described as a 'dump'. The only work they ever do to the place, is anything they're required to do to stick to the law.

They recently had an inspection and their energy rating was rated really badly, they need new windows, new electrics, new everything! So they're passing those costs on to small businesses like me!

If you decide to move in, they'll be passing these costs on to you, along with their 40% hike in prices! Good luck!

Absolutely awful company who treat their tenants with contempt. Be prepared to fight to get your deposit back, and also for the scam charges they will automatically deduct even when they do finally pay you the money (and this only after weeks of chasing and being told repeatedly it will be paid, only to find it hadn't been, again and again).

I only rented a unit for 6 months, left it in perfect condition but first they tried to charge me £165 for an electrical safety check (as apparently 'some tenants' change the electrics, which I did not). I managed to argue against that, but check the small print of the contract, which slips in something about a 3 month mail redelivery after you leave - for which they will charge you £108!! I never had mail delivered there, so I'm paying £108 for them to do NOTHING. It's just an excuse to extract more money from you.

I'm a sole trader who tried to run a small vintage clothing business from a Bizspace office on the third floor but had to leave due to the fact that the lift was constantly broken and I could not receive deliveries, which impacted my business and my profits. Not to mention that I had to lug all my outgoing deliveries down 3 flights of stairs every day. Tried emailing head office about the lift, never received a reply. Don't expect to ever receive a reply from anyone at head office to your emails, and if someone tells you on the phone that they are dealing something, they will simply not do it.

They should be compensating me for the loss of earnings due to the lift, and the time and stress of chasing them for my deposit for over 5 weeks - instead they steal £108 from me for a non-existent postal redelivery service. Avoid this company at all costs. Bizspace do not care about small businesses, they do not care about their customers, they care about nothing but their own profit.

Great location, nice café and excellent facilities.

We are based in Design Works Gateshead, we have a lovely office on the second floor. The centre is well maintained, very clean and has a lovely friendly atmosphere. The centre manager Sam is very nice and helpful, nothing is a problem, she is always willing to help. There is free parking and we are right next to a metro station.

Extremely accommodating the site manager Sam Is extremely helpful, great space to grow your business and a really good location for commute at Bizzspace Design works.

I moved into the Raunds offices in March 2022, in this time the staff have been amazingly helpful, welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Thanks to Fiona, Lauren and Megan :)

After many years using bizspace like many people my business is being forced out by a 40% increase in rents.
Quite a few have left or are leaving the site I am in.
I have a place now for less than I am currently paying bizspace and guaranteed for a year. Instead of 40% more for the space I'm using they will get nothing until they find someone also to scam

We have been in our unit now for a couple of months, and we are delighted and impressed by the service received!
Management in Swindon Cheney Manor are always happy and available for anything. We couldn't have chosen a better place for our unit.

The offices were a great step up from our previous workspace & the facilities are of a good standard. The 5 star review is mainly going to Heidi who has been an absolute star from the start. She's always on hand if anything needs to be done & always ready to help.

She really does make the building tick & a great welcome when we come into work each morning!

We love biz space, everyone is friendly. The main office receptionist is fab and always has goodies for us.
Love the fact that we all get to meet each other when they have breakfast mornings, while i have been here they have had body shop and fad fragrances in so we get to buy lovely things.
Really great place and eveyone is so nice and friendly.

We have been based in BizSpace Hollinwood for the past 9 years.

As a growing business, BizSpace Hollinwood has helped play a role in our growth with the ability to offer training rooms, conference rooms, on site catering and ample parking.

Walter and Steve, the management team have always tried to accommodate our business whether that’s helping move to bigger offices or helping with last minute unforeseen issues.

Nothing is to much trouble and you are always made to feel that they are on your side whatever the problem.

Despite a significant investment in the business centre over the last few years, the office overheads have always remained very competitively priced.

Evening and weekend access to the centre is no issue at all.

We would recommend any company thinking of moving to Bizspace to take that leap

Since beginning work at BizSpace in November, myself & my colleague have found it nothing but a lovely place to work. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, including the other office workers.
On many occasions we have had to ask for certain things from Neil & Vicky at reception and they have both gone out of their way to assist.
We have a spacious office which, in my opinion, is great value for money within the area.

Highly recommended workspace :-)

SCAMMERS AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. The heating doesn’t work properly the toilets are always blocked the parking in a nightmare AND THEY’VE JUST PUT THE RENT UP BY 40% AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST

I came to Bizspace Letchworth. for an individual workspace for a day. Rental rates are excellent value, clean well decorated and comfortable space with a good Wi-Fi connection and a really friendly welcome. I would definitely recommend them. The only thing that would have helped more would have been an online booking service, but it did not turn out to be an issue as there was space available.
