I bought the ice tray/bottle which was delivered promptly with no problem. The cap is not water tight, which is not too much of a problem as the bottle is designed such that the cap is above the water level, but it means that water can spill out when you are handling it before putting it in the freezer. A very expensive item for what it does. You are probably paying for the 'artistic' design.

Dealt with complaint regarding non leak proof bottle which was received first, replaced bottles so now have the eau good glass bottle which is good quality and now leak proof. Thanks

The Box Apetite we bought had a design flaw and broke quite quickly at the hinge after we bought it. Black + Blum was able to replace it quickly for free. Unfortunately it broke again recently. I placed an order for a replacement and another item and emailed them at the same time asking if they would give us the lid for free. Initially they said no but after I said I would cancel the order so they could send me a free one they were able to give me a refund. Great service eventually but took an extra 3 emails more than it could have. Excellent products when they don't have a design flaw.

I received an email to say my parcel was at my pickup point from Friday at 12.00 so I arrived at 8pm on the Saturday (next day) and they tell me the parcel isn't there. I have just tracked the parcel and it is not where they said it was but at the depot still. Why email saying it is ready to be collected when clearly it isn't. My husband will now not have his father's day present. I am not impressed. This is the first time I have purchased anything from this company.

Otherwise great product

Bottle arrived on time and well packaged. I don't think it's a problem but the charcoal was broken in two. What was more annoying was that it wouldn't fit through the neck of the bottle. I had to get a grater to shave one side - a bit of a messy job.

I left the filled bottle for about 12 hours and the water has a neutral taste which is what I'd expect (and hope for). I'll need to experiment a bit more to see if the same results apply to shorter times.

Postscript: Black + Blum kindly sent me another charcoal stick - great customer service!
