I have ordered in 2025 and my boxes were gorgeous.
I re ordered in September this year, paid invoice to Blackbird Packaging, and have not been able to get in touch with anyone regarding my ETA. Completely ghosted.
Butterfly disappointed as my previous boxes were very high quality.
I will remove this review if I receive my packaging. But until them, I have no choice to warn others that one they pay, they may not receive their items.

It has been a wonderful experience working with Edward. He has kept me updated throughout this entire experience. I have postponed getting product boxes for my business for awhile. When I finally decided to go through with it, he was there. Super helpful, and the communication was 100%. I believe I have found the perfect company to help my business. I'll be back!

Simon Lorenzo has been a very good customer manager. He always responds promptly (typically the same day) and does what he says he will do. He is helpful and polite. The boxes and bags are high quality - very sturdy. This is what I need for my business. Mistakes were made by Q/A in measurements and colors, but Blackbird rectified the errors to my satisfaction. It's very important that measurements are reviewed for accuracy. Blackbird can work to improve their Q/A Q/C processes. They made things right so I will order from them again.

Very good communication and speed to get the samples made. Marc who emailed me as fast as you send off your email. Quality was amazing and went beyond what my expectations were. Thank you Marc and will be putting a bulk order in soon

I was initially a bit hesitant to work with Blackbird after seeing a few one-star reviews, but I quickly realized those expectations were likely just impossible to meet. In reality, working with them has been an incredible experience from start to finish.The team at Blackbird was more than accommodating throughout the entire process. They actively helped with the design phase and truly brought our vision for Atlas Rose to life. The finished boxes arrived and they are absolutely gorgeous—the quality, structure, and detail exceeded our expectations. Will not stop harassing you, regardless of how many times you tell them "no."

They won't stop emailing me. I've told them multiples times to stop.
They are pests!

This company, specifically Michael Angelis, refuses to stop calling and emailing us, in spite of multiple polite attempts to please remove us from their email/call list. They continually contact us, starting usually in February, and sure enough, we received another email from them on February 21, 2025. This company stinks. You can find better options from companies who listen and care about not annoying you.

At first, they were good, however, once they made a big error by sending me an incorrectly sized product, they said they would replace it, however, they have not and now ignore my attempts to get the replacement boxes.

I was hoping to use this company and had a few quotes but glad I didn't. They are relentlessly spamming me and there is something quite off about them...and they constantly spam me me now

Sent a spam email with a long list of company email addresses in the To Box. This is classified as a Data Breach under GDPR Law which illegal in the UK.

Blackbird Packaging was quick, extremely helpful in meeting my needs and went above and beyond to meet my deadline. Highly recommend this company!
