I have never used a recovery company before so was a bit worried about what to expect. All I can say is that I would highly recommend this one to anyone. Will (didn’t catch his last name) could not have been more helpful, you can tell that the company is a very close run business that relies on good service and customer care. I will certainly use them again should the need arise and will tell everyone I know about them. Friendly and professional, thanks and well done you 😊.

Outstanding! They were the only “24/7” outfit (having called 6 other firms prior to them) to respond to my call to get a car towed - Will was a really nice guy and did a great job - not cheap but not an easy recovery (car in ditch) - would have no hesitation in recommending them at all - obviously, they are not “based” in your local area (despite the clever advertising) but so what - if all those who are based in your local area can’t be bothered because it’s a Sunday, more credit to Black Eagle - thanks, Will!

Having broken down an got myself in such a sticky situation stranded in the middle of a busy junction, I called black eagle , spoke with a very friendly man called Ali who arrived at my location within the hour. My car was loaded up with no hassle and took too my local garage for repair . Great price , friendly staff, made my ordeal that bit less stressful that’s for sure.

Picked up my van from A2 Kidbrooke interchange within 10 minutes of calling fast friendly and polite would defintiely recommend
