I am a returning customer, having used the BlackGold Elixir coffee previously - a product I thoroughly recommend, as I believe it delivers its stated benefits.
When placing my new order, I experienced an issue with the website, which was crashing due to high volume (also testament to a great product and generous offer). This resulted in me ordering additional product, and at a size I had not intended.
Unfortunately, my request for canceling the second order arrived after it had been dispatched.
Customer service responded promptly to my request and were very sympathetic to my situation. It was too late to cancel the order; however they did offer me a "special discount as a thank-you for your patience and support" on my next order. This is greatly appreciated.
10/10 customer service.
Oh, and the delivery tracking and timing was perfect.

Be careful of this company. The product itself is fine, but If you have an automatic monthly payment plan set up, make sure you keep every shred of evidence that you've paid, because if the product isn't sent, they claim to have no record of your details in their system.... Shifty as hell.

Poor customer service
I love the Organic Mushroom Elixir. I ordered 2 packets and paid $91.00.
I contacted your company as there was only 1 packet sent Another packet turned up 4-5 days later - no communication has been received-not great customer service- disappointed ☹️

It's arrived and I love it.
I really loved these products and enjoyed getting my purchases brought to my door, now I have a problem. I purchased an order back in July 2/07/25 and was told it was on back order. Have sent multiple emails to company as I have never received it. They keep telling me it's on the way but still nothing. How much longer do I have to wait. Its been 2 months now..
Just a heads up on my order.
I have finally received it and I must say it's the best mushroom coffee I have ever had and believe me I've had few.
Also got the free gummies they sent me.
I myself are not keen on the gummies not just from blackgold, but from any product, everyone else would like them though.
So a big thank you for getting my product to me and I will be purchasing this again..

Blackgold continues to amaze me. Each time that I have had some reason to notify them of a mistake in the order, they have responded immediately, courteously, with true care for keeping me a happy customer. They fixed the problems so fast! You should 100% buy from them!
