Avoid at all costs (based on my experience as a prospective customer).

Blackoakfarmshop is an online business which is contactable only by a support email address or a mobile number, apart from another option to fill out an online form.
On Friday 14 August 2026 I sent an email to the business with a really simple product related pre-purchase question, one which could have been answered in seconds.
The email has not been acknowledged or responded to.
My calls to the published mobile number on Friday and Saturday (14/8 and 15/8) are not answered and an SMS message sent on Friday asking the same, simple question, was not responded to.
If this is how Blackoakfarmshop treats potential customers about to place an order then it is surely not deserving of anyone's custom.
I do not like being treated with such contempt and shall be taking my business elsewhere.
