Recently used Blackride for three trips during a family vacation. I was so impressed with their professional service. They use Mercedes Sprinter vans that easily accommodated our group of 13. If you have a big group traveling in Miami, this is your go to company. I will definitely call on them the next time traveling to Miami. I am so appreciative to Blackride for helping our travels be less stressful.

Blackride is a great company for cruiseport to airport transfers or vice versa. Our driver Martin was right on time for our 8am pickup after we disembarked from the ship. He called me on my cell and directed me how to locate him in the designated area at Miami AA cruise terminal by flashing his lights while I was on the line with him. At Terminal AA you'll find your ride in the upper garage level after clearing the baggage pickup area. There are very few posted signs to advise you of this and we had absolutely no idea where to go. Martin was able to get through the heavy Miami traffic relatively quickly and carefully drove us to FLL with plenty of time to spare for our flight telling us about the local points of interest along the way. Our luxury black SUV was new or like new and spotless. It was very quiet and super comfortable to ride in. I will not hesitate to use Blackride for any future transportation needs in this area. I thank you for the excellent service and providing us with an outstanding, friendly, and very professional driver.

We had Roberto transport us from FLL to Disney Cruise port. He was on time both ways, great communication and safe driving. Highly recommend. We had 12 total three kids requiring car seats.

Let me start off by saying, if you are looking for a very well and reliable transportation service please Utilize this company!! My family and I was very very very pleased with the services. We had booked for 3 different shuttle services this past week( the airport to the hotel, the hotel to the cruise port, and then the cruise port back to the airport) and each trip they were on time, and actually before time😊😊I highly recommend this company and would most definitely use them again.. absolutely excellent. This company and it drivers went out of their way to meet our needs. They strive to make your experience, not only efficient but comfortable and pleasant.. plus they have some great people driving for them and we really enjoyed talking with them during our journey. The prices were surprisingly good compared to others in South Florida and the service and vehicles excel what we’ve had with other companies.

We were met be our driver Edward promptly. He was extremely professional, well presented and considerate (with a request for a quick store stop) and got us to the cruise terminal in good time. We would thoroughly recommend this company and in particular, Edward.

We have used Black Ride for several years. Always dependable and on time. The drivers are professional and courteous. It is always a pleasure chatting with them. Communication for me is via email and they always respond promptly. Even when I need to make a time change. Highly recommend this company for your travel needs.

This is the only service we use when traveling to Florida for cruise and airport transfers. I have used them several times and each time the experience is above and beyond what I expected. Drivers are incredible, nice, communicate well and great drivers. Highly recommended. 1/12/25

What a great experience we had today with the Blackride service from the Miami Seaport. Our driver Oscar was there to pick us up in no time even though traffic was insane. The Suburban was spotless and his choice of jazz was perfect.

We booked BlackRide for shuttle service from the Fort Lauderdale cruise terminal to Miami Airport, paying extra for what we expected to be a reliable, stress-free experience. What we got was chaos, mismanagement, and outright dishonesty.

Our pickup was scheduled for 9:30 AM. After disembarking, we received no communication from the driver. Calling the office, we were told the driver was “running late due to traffic” and would arrive at 10:00 AM. For a supposedly professional black car service, this level of poor planning is unacceptable.

At 10:00 AM, still with no confirmation, we were finally given the driver’s contact info. Roberto, the driver, initially said he had no record of our pickup. After another call to the office, we were assured Roberto would come and were promised a full refund for the delay.

Roberto arrived at 10:45 AM — an hour and fifteen minutes late — and revealed he hadn’t even been dispatched until 10:10. It was obvious the office had scrambled at the last minute to find someone, leaving us stressed and frustrated.

Three days later, when I asked about the refund, the company said they would only credit 20%, directly contradicting their promise of a full refund. This company is not only unreliable, but also dishonest.

BlackRide cannot be trusted. They failed on every level — scheduling, communication, and integrity. Paying extra for this service is not just overpriced, it’s a gamble you will likely regret.

Booked our ride April 2025, for our trip in Feb. 2026. I confirmed the trip a week before. The day we were supposed to be pick up no ride, I called I was told I had no reservation. also told no one would be able to pick us up at this time. We used Uber to our destination. Once home I called at least 6 times for a refund. Everytime I received a different answer. A supervisor will call you back. Never happened. The SCAMMED my payment !!!! This is a terrible service, All I want is my $$ back SCAMMERS !!!!

We used Blackride 4 times during our vacation. They were on time every pickup for 5 of us with lots of luggage. Victor was at airport waiting for us. All 4 of our drivers were great, Very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company for anyone Wishing for a smooth . experience .

We used Blackride after our Royal Caribbean cruise on February 8 to take us from the port terminal to the airport. One of our pieces of luggage was very late being taken off the ship as it had lost its luggage tag. Our driver was very patient waiting for us, and got us to the airport on time. The vehicle was very clean and had adequate room for our entire party & luggage. We were very happy that they were equipped with a baby car seat which we also required. Would book again

I used Blackride to drive us from Mami International to Marco Island. Everything went as planned. Great communication from our driver and excellent experience on our ride. Definitely recommend.

We used this service for a group of 5 that included a senior adult and an 18 month old child. The driver, Steve was exceptional! He came prepared with the car seat as requested and provided cold water to each of us. He was pleasant and very helpful in getting us from the Miami cruise port to the Fort Lauderdale airport.

Our driver: Hector did an amazing job for Blackride getting us to port promptly and safe. His vehicle was immaculate and he was cleaning a window when we walked out for pickup. Extremely well-spoken, friendly and very informative. We will be calling again for our travel needs.

What a great experience. My plane was delayed by an hour. I called the representative, and he said no worries they already know. The ride was a wonderful option to the Miami Port instead of the passenger bus. Also, the price was affordable. I recommend this company and will be using again and again. Thank you.

We used Blackride for transportation from the airport to our home after arriving in south Florida. Our driver was Robenson and he was fantastic. He reached out to us prior to our flight landing to communicate about the pickup, and we were able to find each other easily at Arrivals even though there was a lot of holiday traffic. He seamlessly fit all of our bags into the vehicle, which was difficult considering we were traveling with infant twins. I highly recommend this company and this driver!
