First weird thing about this shop, you place your order but you can't pay. I've received a confirmation where the shipping costs where still listed as from 3.9€. This same mail says literally
"
Make coffee ☕ Our customer service will contact you shortly to confirm the order and calculate shipping."

I have waited a few days, contacted them, no response ever came back. Doesn't seem serious but rather a timewaste to me. I don't see how the shop is scamming anyone but they aren't charging nor deliviering either.

Complete idiots. I ordered hookah and was waitting for delivery price because its not provided at the end of purchase. 21th century did not reach Moldova yet 🙂 . Next day i received delivery offer it was to high and i said i cancle order. Idiot from costumer service was so disapointet that wrote me . NEXT TIME DONT GO TO OUR WEBSITE ANT DONT MAKE ORDERS YOU WASTE OUR TIME. How do you like that ?

Liked the approach by their manager. Had an good conversation with him about my problem. He explained everything. Every company can get to screw up sometimes, but in my eyes it is much more important how they get out of the situation. I placed an order for a Unionhookah and some Blackburn tobacco through blackSHISHA. The process was straightforward, and the delivery was timely. The products arrived in two different parcels, for safety. It was not described on the website, but they explained me everything in chat, and it is reasonable. It was no issues regarding quality. The hookah functions well and meets my expectations. I would consider purchasing from blackSHISHA again in the future.

Scam - ordered goods dont arrive, no comunication, no refund, AVOID - scam... They shipped goods from Russia and its missing already 5months. No refund, no tracking - nothing. They will contact you only until the money will be received... IT IS SCAM - dont waste money and time. REALLY AVOID

This is a very shady company. First of all the displayed price of their shisha tobacco changes drastically when you select an item in your basket. It seems the displayed price is only for wholesale [Red Flag 1].

When you proceed with check out, no matter the payment option you select there is no payment performed and you sit there wondering [Red Flag 2]

Next day someone (?) sends you on WhatsApp (!!) regarding your order and requests 50€ shipping costs, when at the moment of the order the displayed shipping cost was 3.9€. He then proceeds to tell you to add more stuff to your order for a discount [Red Flag 3].

All in all, just STAY AWAY!

I am happy to report that the shisha I bought met all the expectations set by the website's description and photos. After testing it with a large group, I can confidently say that it was a great experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I have made two purchases from this company. The first was for tobacco, and the most recent was for a limited edition Maklaud model. Those who enjoy hookahs are aware that this brand has recently released limited edition models that are challenging to acquire. I am unsure of how they managed it, but I received my hookah promptly and without any issues during delivery.

Anything you want can be bought here. I am always sure of the quality and price. Managers are always very polite and competent, even with nerds like me

It is very important for me to receive good service and I received it from blackSHISHA. Customer service is top notch, communication throughout the entire order correction process. I will continue to order because you don't overcharge and the delivery is fast.

After some communication difficulties I finally received my shipment. It took approx 4 werks but that is okay. They are not a scam at least.

Beställde varan 26/9. Det stod då att man skulle få vänta på att nån hörde av sig och hur mycket frakten skulle kosta. Fick aldrig någon återkoppling. Så kontaktade som själv och dom tog betalt och allt. Han skrev att efter jag hade betalat så skulle jag ett spårningsnummer direkt. Fick spårnings nummer 10/11. Fick paketet den 19e och va såklart tvungen att betala tull. Det va även vid många tillfällen säljaren jag skrev med slutade svarade. Usel service, va ärliga från början istället... Då hade jag sluppit lämna denhär resentionen
